That Beyonce Knowles sure knows how to make a statement.
Fresh off the heels of winning the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary R&B Album, the official word has been announced about a repackaged, expanded version of Beyonce's 'B-Day.'
And she's bringing Spanish pop sensation Shakira along for the ride.
According to a spokesperson for the 10-time Grammy winning superstar, a two-CD edition of the opus will arrive in stores April 3.
In addition to the original 12 tracks from the multi-platinum opus, Disc One of 'B'Day - Deluxe Edition' premieres three brand-new songs in English; the album's first single, 'Beautiful Liar,' is being branded as superstar duet between Beyoncé and Shakira.
Other new songs on disc one are 'If' and 'Flaws & All.'
Disc Two will debut six new Spanish language tracks including the previously reported 'Amor Gitano,' Beyoncé's sensuous flamenco-pop duet with Latin Grammy-winning superstar Alejandro Fernández. Rounding out the second disc are Beyoncé's Spanish language versions of the Academy Award nominated 'Listen (Oye)' and the chart-topping hit single 'Irreplaceable (Imprescindible).'
Three new mixes of 'Beautiful Liar' round out the set's new selections.
Also arriving on April 3 is Beyoncé's 'B'Day Anthology Video Album.'
Available exclusively at Wal-Mart, 'Video Album' includes Beyoncé's videos for 'Kitty Kat (intro),' 'Upgrade U' featuring Jay-Z, 'Deja Vu,' 'Ring The Alarm,' 'Irreplaceable,' 'Listen,' 'Green Light,' 'Suga Mama,' 'Get Me Bodied,' 'Freakum Dress' and 'Beautiful Liar' featuring Shakira.
As an added bonus, the video collection features the Spanish-language version of 'Irreplaceable' and the Spanglish version of 'Beautiful Liar' with Shakira.

Go Girl! Beyonce is doing her thing like always. She said Destiny's Child was taking a break not Beyonce. So please ladies and gentlemen give credit where it's due the woman can sing her ass off and look good while doing it. no matter how many oscars Jenn Hudson win's sorry but she will never out shine Bey. keep doing you thing

ok . . . after reading the article, i'm kind of neutral . . . i did hear that she was doing 5 new videos which i'm kind of excited to see, which should also tell you i'm gonna buy the anthology. but spanish though bey? i mean really though? the shakira duet is gonna be interesting, i can't wait to hear it, but i mean come on . . . a spanish disc of b-day? don't get me wrong people, i love beyonce just as much as the next fanatic because i really think she is the tina turner of our time, but she does need a break, at least from the media spotlight. she should just focus on her tour and her clothing line, and be happy . . . let some new singers blossom . . . it might be hard cause ur always out there, but u can do it girl. they can't take her spot anyways because she's now part of history . . . she's the biggest sellin r&b artist in the world. acting wise, she needs to really sit down and read scripts that don't involve singing then she might be takin more seriously, just to be honest . . . be a crack whore or someone who has some damn edge . . . and learn how to cuss better boo(lol) . . . but anyways, i will be buying her music in april because i am a supporter, and i will be getting a ticket to her upcoming concert, but she should chill out just a little bit before her light blows out from beyonce overkill. but i can't hate on the GRAMMY GIRL, cause she is the shit though.

It's a shame that we continue to be a race that puts eachother down. When you come on the site--the video starts and their talking about how uplifting it is that we're getting our Shine ON....now would you all be up here bytching and moaning if Blacks didn't continue to shine like Beyonce is right now...
Be proud of us as a People--learn to uplift us as a People--and like one person stated earlier--if you're tired of her...stop commenting about her...

bey this,bey that,blah blah blah.yea she can sing okay we get the point!yea shes prety we know that 2! but theres more beautiful bllack woman like halle,gabriel union,lisa raye...and better singers like fantasia,jennifer hudson and so on.beyonce is not the shyt(excuse my french)i think she is a great performer but her personality fogs how i look at her.going from a girl who sang and i quote"girl you nasty put some clothes on i told ya,dont walk out the house without ya clothes on..."but she also sings "toight ill be your naughty girl..."and is naked in the cater 2 u video(can u say HIPOCRIT!) she is not the best at what she does and wont be the last.!kudos to jennifer good job hun. keep going!

I should have prefaced my last post with the possibility of burn out. I think lost in translation is that entertaining is a JOB.
We go to work on a daily basis and the need for vacation is taken for granted. Because of the high exposure and fame we tend to forget entertaining is a job just like ours, of course the pay is better than, I can say, mine.
I'm not hating on Bey I just think a rest couldn't hurt.
As far as Jen going into a weight program, it won't take much she ain't dat far from the gilded body.

um i like beyonce alot.but some of you guys are right she should take a break. and no i am not hating becuause everybody could shake their little but all around. that is nothing special. and yes she has a gorgeous voice but im really getting tired of irreplaceable. i mean its on the radio 24/7
