Although that hip-hop soul wildchild wife of his may have gotten arrested (read outrageous TMZ.com story about Kelis here) last week, Nas is taking his show on the road.
With the success of his latest opus, the chart-topping 'Hip-Hop Is Dead' -- certified gold and approaching platinum -- the Queens, NY reared rap veteran (legally known as Nasir Olu Bin Dara Jones) is embarking on what he's titling the "Hip-Hop Is Dead Tour" -- playing in cities across North America.
The 26-city jaunt --one of the biggest he's ever undertaken -- opens March 31 and will play cities such as Orlando, Montreal, Providence and Denver before wrapping up in San Francisco on May 3. (Confirmed tour dates below)
The latest track to be spurred from the critically acclaimed set is 'Can't Forget About You,' featuring Def Jam newcomer Chrisette Michelle. The jazz inspired track is produced by Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am and features samples of from Nat King Cole's legendary tune 'Unforgettable.'

Nas is the greatest rapper alive. Period! He is not a gimmick rapper like 90% of the rappers. He does not rap about no ignorant sh**, like making it rain. He rap about stuff that really matters in life. In the rap game there's Pac, Nas, Face; then it's everybody else.
