On April 15, the mission begins: Supersized comedic superstar Mo'Nique will aim at turning thirteen less-than-ladylike former "Flavor of Love" contestants into self-respecting, self-reliant women.
Hmmm.
Looks like she has her work cut out for her.
'Flavor' faves such as Hottie, Goldie, Pumkin, Rain, Serious and Smiley as well as season two break-out stars Bootz, Buckeey, Buckwild, Krazy, Like Dat, Saaphyri and Toastee all enroll in the eagerly anticipated show, officially titled 'Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School starring Mo'Nique.'
How low will they go?
Hmmmm.
This show looks like a whole lot of fun.
According to a production spokesperson, the 'Flavor of Love' cast-offs will be trained in proper etiquette and have their social skills challenged to test their self-confidence, composure and grace. The one left standing will receive a $50,000 prize.
Glad to know that the girls are vying for a pot of gold with this latest romp -- and not a pot of 'old.'
'Essence' magazine's editor Mkiki Taylor and modeling scout Keith Lewis on board to judge the progress with Mo'Nique.
The action kicks off on April 15 at 10:00 PM on VH1.

MoNique is a beautiful woman but she has a nasty mouth - I hate hearing women using profanity (men too). It takes away their dignity and respect. It would be nice to watch a decent black show without cursing, sexual inuendos and nakedness, if Mo can pull that off I"ll watch it.

What we all must remember above everything else is that Mo'nique is an ENTERTAINER!! This is her job, her profession, what she loves to do. Anyone who has seen her show can tell you it is halarious!! She curses yes but so does Cedric the Entertainer, Bernie Mac, & a host of other performers. It is wrong of us to judge her by how she has chosen to make a living and assume she can't act professional and ladylike when the occasion calls for it.

out of all the distinguish, educated, classy black women we have in entertainment- they couldn't find one?? jasmine guy should have been sought ..... instead a ghetto, loud mouth, uncouth, opinionated, judgmental poor representation of class

This show will be stupidly entertaining. I don't particularly like Mo's style. Not her weight, just her loudness. But who else would you put on the show these crazy girls from Flav's show? Any women that would be interested in being on that show surely is touched with just a bit of ghetto. So, they need a loud, ghetto acting person to perfect the ghetto charm that most of these girls already have. Hey, I will surely watch it. Sometimes brainless entertainment is what I need after a long days work. It give Mo another check and these girls some exposure to further pimp themselves. Can't be mad at VH1 for that. MTV has been pimping young women for years. Do your thang ladies.

Mo'Nique I am very proud of her because she has taken the image of a PLUS SIZE WOMEN to another level that now ALL WOMEN ARE ADMIRED instead of the stereo-type women SHE IS A SIZE 5-7,OR 8-10 WITH LONG HER AND LIGHT SKIN and this is not all that beauty is and she has humor in all that she does so don't HATE ON HER at least someone has to step up to make it happen!

i love this sister, remember folks she is a stand up comedian & and yes she uses profanity...but when she works on other projects thats not her...she stands up for what is right..why dont we talk about she going into the prisons and showing positive images of big black women...if some of u would pay close attention u would see that she is a woman of substance & character...stop looking for the negative...and look beyond the suface...and black folks have alot of charm..lets embrace it..she has what it takes for the show.
