You got that right Bernie Mack, the truth will set you free. As hard as it is for others to hear it, it's a fact in most black families if you are a little darker you sometimes have to work twice as hard as everybody else to be the same. Felt that pressure as a child that led to much resentment. But I ngot myself some help and now I know I was always the cat's meow!

I agree with him 1000000%. As people of color, we have always showed a preferance to people with lighter skin. Its the truth and EVERYONE knows it. For instance, the myth that light skin girls are prettier.. Thats a LIE.. Im light skinned and there is about a trillion prettier dark skinned girls prettier than I.
