Just in time to help with the marketing of her new movie, 'Perfect Stranger,' Halle Berry will get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Academy Award winning star of films such as 'Monster's Ball,' 'Catwoman' and 'B.A.P.S.' will receive Hollywood Blvd's 2,333rd star on April 3.
The honor comes five years after the 40-year-old starlet became the first African American to win an Oscar for best actress.
'Perfect Stranger,' also starring Bruce Willis and Gary Dourdan, opens April 13.

Comedian Ricki Smiley was in Paris Texas on March 27, 2007 rallying for the 14 year old young lady Shaquanda Cotton that was unjustly in jail for pushing a school monitor. The ancestors is blessing shaquanda Cotton and is not going to let her fail because they brung all these lovely people to her aide and most of all they got the attention of the ever so great Rickey Smiley. Congrats Halle!!! However African-American? well I don't know. Her mom is white and she is an acceptable choice for white America to safely embrace as the token black girl, but still, congrats you deserve it especially if Ryan Seacrest has one.
