Ladies (and Gentlemen), Usher is officially off the market.
The platinum-plated R&B heart-throb (legally known as Usher Raymond) confirmed last night that he will be getting married this year.
"I'm engaged now," the 28-year-old multiple Grammy Award winner revealed, hinting that he could be walking down the aisle with his longtime 38-year-old girlfriend Tameka Foster -- before the end of this year.
MTV reports that "rumors of Usher's pending nuptials have been floating around for a little over a month. Photos of Usher and Foster - with a rock on her finger - have also made the rounds, but on Wednesday night, he confirmed the information publicly for the first time."

Taking nothing away from his beautiful fiancee, but it makes you wonder if she threw that more experienced "goodness" on him. Every man out there knows it ain't nothing like gettin' some experienced goodness thrown on you. It feels so good that you got to get that one last pump in there. Usher stayed in too long and lost a few of his soldiers. I respect that he is choosing to make an honest woman out of her, but with her previous relationship choices the cost seems a little high. YEAH!

Hey, don't hate on Usher. If Ashton Kutcher can sustain a marriage to Demi Moore and her half grown children....and she is more than 10 yrs older than him, then I say "more power to them".

I love usher and hope his marraige be blessed. Everyone has some very strong comments and they are true. If she cheated while married to another man she will do the same to him. And how old is the kids? what is usher mom saying about all this? She has a strong influence in his life i know she not to happy about all this. She know that this woman is city slick. And usher is country dumb. Yall keep your eyes and ears open Joetta or whatever her name is is not going to let it happen just wait..
