Yesterday, Rihanna unveiled the worldwide launch of her new song, 'Umbrella' (featuring Jay Z) via her website.
The track, produced by C. Tricky Stewart, is the first single from the 19-year-old Bajan beauty's third album (in two years), set for release via Def Jam Records June 5.
The voice behind chart-topping pop ditties 'Pon De Replay, ' 'S.O.S.' and 'Unfaithful' may have a hit another hit on her hands -- with the Def Jam President in the mix.
But that's not all she has in store this summer.
Already with an impressive business portfolio including endorsement stints with Reebok, Clinique, and Secret deodorant, among others, Rihanna will add a cosmetics contract to the list.
According to her publicist Jana Fleishman, Rihanna will be seen in her first advertisements as the newest CoverGirl starting in June.
"I've loved makeup and dreamed of being a CoverGirl since I was a little girl," Rihanna said. "Growing up, my mother was a makeup artist and I was fascinated watching her apply lip color, blush and mascara. Now I get to be surrounded by all of my favorites from CoverGirl!"

Personally, Rhianna is a beautiful girl, (the big forhead is her signature lol) as is alot of other R&B singers. Not hating on her at all, after all sex sells, and she can sell it for sure. Plus she's not that much older then me 2 yrs to be exact. But as singing talent goes, she's not the best. She's good enough to sell records and make a catchy song, but in pure raw talent, she's not up to level. u really have to think of it this way, if u havent been in the game for a while, like Faith evens or Mary J. blige, u cant just be ok looking and Sing great. u have to have alot of sex appeal. There are some exceptions to that rule, like Jennifer Hudson (dreamgirls made that possible) and fantasia (she a great singer, and average looking)who came out late, but given the fact that most ppl who buy her CDs are around my age group (16-24 and i'm 17)and really we look at looks b4 we even hear the music,so i mean can u blame her?
and to the beyonce comment, yes she's a beautiful girl with a lovely voice, but she's a lil too much now, she's everywhere and it's taking her from being someone i really admire to someone who's song i turn off on the radio (unless it's dangerously in love lol) and she's letting her insecurities show like a 14 year old and she's making herself look like a fool.

What was so stupid and ignorant about my comment? Just like I said before, there are so many HATERS out there.
