"The responsibility of an artist is to be honest. I don't think the job description is to be a role model. However, as a man, a human being and a father, I think I am responsible to do that."

I'd like to start off by Thanking Mr. Kweli
His words are like water. We all need water.
He plants a seed of knowledge. Every time he drops something. Are children are suffering living in this new type of slavery called "KEEP THE NIGGAS IGNORANT!" The more our black youth stay hooked on Big Butts, Rims, and Ho's not to mention the Phat rides and the Bling. Company's getting rich off our materialistic children that mainly target black youths. We have many absent parents and children raising themselves. So that music with a word of wisdom or encouragement makes a hell of a difference. I like Talib's style because he's his self. No Big Ropes, No 90 of his boys,
No gang banging attitude, No Pimp status. Its a new day and we did all that already. Talib should give a class called " Educate The Black Race" he can educate a lot of these so called rappers in the industry as we!! THANKS 4 MAKING A DIFFERENCE TALIB....
