I think we have to let the court decided guilt or inocence. I think Kelly knew her age and I also think she knew what she was getting into. There is enough guilt to go around.

Kelly is an adult and if he wants to have freaky sex with consenting sdults and video it thats find but when you do that to an underage child (which is very obvious in the video because her body is not fully developed) that is against the law. Have you guys ever seen To Catch a Predator, well that is what Mr.Kelly is and i don't care how great his music is! WAKE UP BLACK AMERICA

I don't think having a wife always plays as a factor when it comes to some of these celebrities, becuase they're always going to have groupies and how long can a man hold out when he's away from his wife.
He probably meets nasty girls like that all the time, and it's no secret that these little girls don't look like little girls no more.
They don't even want to act thier age. Instead of playing with dolls, they'd rather talk on chat lines, and if they're sitting around playing dress up it's probably with the least amount of clothes as possible so they can immitate them video chicks.
I'm not saying it's all on her. They should share the blame.
But i don't think it's fair for him to get so much heat from this when he didn't initially know all the information.
But at the same time that's why you're supposed to get to know somebody before you sleep with them, Men think that's a rule that's just for women, but it's not.
I bet you Kelz wishes that he had :)

I AGREE WITH WENDY WILLIAMS...... I LOVE THE GREAT MUSIC HE PUTS OUT THERE AND HE EXPRESSES HOW ALOT OF US FEELS IN HIS MUSIC BUT HE NEEDS TO BE PUNISHED FOR HIS ACTIONS..HE IS NO BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE AND HIS MONEY IS THE ONLY THING HE HAS TO SHOW FOR HIS MUSIC.. Ok, I'm not a fan of Wendy Williams just for the fact that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING positive comes from her c*m-catcher when she opens them. Yes, if that is true (because he has not been found guilty of the charges as of yet..remember innocent until proven guilty IN A COURT OF LAW) then he deserves to be a sexual predator and punished for what he has done to her. But, no one knows what REALLY went down but him and her. Things can actually happen when a camera is shut off. I feel that if you wanna boycott his CDs and not buy them..so what. He has millions of fans who will replace you with the purchase of the CD. I will be an R. Kelly fan because he truly a talented artist...but will be greatly disappointed as a black man if he is found guilty.

I used to lie about my age when I was younger, we all did. When you're young you want an older man because he's experienced not to mention this was R. Kelly!!! Who wouldn't lie...When I was 15 my boyfriend was 23 and we had a child together did anything happen to him no cause he was broke... Even today young people lie about there age. My boyfriend lied to me and said he was 25 but he was really 19, I was 28, and we are still together and we love each other. Now if she lied why is she not held accountable for her actions. I guess this means from now on everybody needs to card whomever they are having sex with. Did anybody see the episode of Boondocks that was about R. Kelly? It was funny and true she was no victim she wanted it so she got it. She wanted to be treated like a woman and he did. The peeing part was disgusting but hey to each his own.....
