Ever wonder what became of the litigation that alleged Hollywood socialite Kim Kardashian was moving forward with to stop Vivid Entertainment from releasing copies of her and Ray J's naughty sex tape?
Well, it's all water under the bridge.
The adult entertainment giant confirmed today that Kardashian has dropped her lawsuit the was lodged against the company upon the release of 'Kim Kardashian Superstar' -- a hot and heavy sex romp she made three years ago with the Hip-Hop Soul hit-maker.
"We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us," said Vivid chief Steven Hirsch. "We met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair."
The XXX-Rated DVD has become a major hit on the hardcore porn circuit.
"We've always known we had the legal right to distribute this video which became an instant best-seller and we've always want to work something out with Kim so she could share in the profits," added Mr. Hirsch.
As previously reported by The BV Newswire, Vivid has offered Ray J a four picture directing deal.
It's a deal he could not refuse, we hear.

Kim Superstar looks great to me. If I had "One Wish", I wouldn't be sharing her with the world. I didn't see the movie yet, but Ray J could have been the star? It's not like I'm into men when I watch my porn; but I'd pay the price of admission to see her body. Somebody exploited her and she finally decided that it's just easier to get paid and move on. When Girls Go Wild, people swarm like vultures to snap pictures. Nobody but the lawyers ask where they should send the check. Get the money first if you want to be treated like a professional. People need to stop making sex tapes and then getting mad once they are leaked. Why would you make a sex tspe with someone and then once you're not together think that it won't reveal itself. "What's done in the dark will always come to light."

I have seen the sex tape and i must and well say this Ms. kardashain was on point 100% She showed true sexual power. She reminds me of the greatest porn star ever Miss Vanessa Del Rio. Of course this armanian girl dropped the civil action-she was the one who released the tape in the first place. Had her people break into Paris Hilton storage-got the tapes out of her and Paris-when that didnt really hit she put out this tape and then pretneded to be victim-which is why Paris Hilton doesnt hang with her anymore. She already had money but all these armanian chicks around Hollywood want to be in scandel Ray-J was a tool.
