Personally' I just think this whole thing is funny.
Obviously - we are attracted to hate and we seem to love negativity, yet we bark hard at the thoughts of our very own bruthas and sistahs who stop smoking crack and got back on the right track with life.

Flav is an Icon

A man who was/is very much still loved and admired by millions.

We treat him as if he's a white man who set fire to a black church....with the lowest of emotional kindness.

We have come a long way, and we no longer can blame the white-man/the man for doing anything to us or stopping us from growing.

We have turned the tables, we do it all to ourselves now.

The white-man/the man can sit back and relax because they are safe now as we have taken the resonsibility of hating eachother to a whole nother level.

It use to be, we complained about how hard it was to find a job, or stay off the streets or out of prison, now we complain about out bruthas and sistahs outside appearance as if appearance is the important thing about a person.

That's funny, i was always raised to ignore how a person looks, but pay very close attention to how that person talks to you and treats you.

I wonder how many of the idiots sitting around making negative comments are of the working class.

Because it takes a lot of time to find a way to be negative about everything.

I bet these folks are unemployed and uneducated.
Just look at how they downgrade their own people instead of uplifting them.

When people have hatred and negative vibes in this manner it is usually because they are unhappy with themselves or the way their very own life has unfolded.

So I say..get up and do something to change how you live and how you feel about yourself and maybe you'll begin to have a little more respect and compassion for others.

I don't see the hate, all I see are those who tell the truth. Flav is an idiot,a black jester everyone points and laughs at NOT with. He is just an dated version of the little black sambo or black minstrels. Take the crown,the sun glasses and that stupid clock and replace them with a black top hat, white skin paint around the eyes and mouth and give him a cane. Get him to to yell mammy instead oh yeaah boooy and what have you got? Those of you who gripe at us nay sayers,posting about him being so intelligent,good hearted and making money.I fail to see how being a throw back,stepping on your own people and degrading women (them allowing it is no better)making babies the courts have to MAKE you take care of and him allowing them (his kids) to witness and hear all the garbage he represents.This intelligent,good hearted,money making piece of a man didn't care those children were sitting in the audience taking in the foul language,the disrespect that was shown of the women there and the women laughingly excepting it when they should have gotten up and left if they had any class or self respect. Someone should have asked that the children be taken out and I'm shocked and appalled that comedy central allowed it. All it really boiled down to was a ghetto convention for pimps and whores with interns (the kids)in training and Flav was the fool everyone could pick on and laugh at for the entertainment. Jimmy Kimmel will have a lot of attention when he attends his next party, everyone will want to know how it felt to be able to speak out in public and on television about that black fool.
