"Which came first? Me losing my Blackberry after being single for a year-and-a-half or Caushun trying to expose me for being gay? Don't drag me into an interview that's lower than my person - a catty-ass he-said, she-said ... I believe gay people deserve dignity ...Listen, I'm not gay. If I was, I would have the gift of another burden, and I would probably be instantly out. I fight for gay rights all the time. How about that?"
-- Hip-hop impresario Russell Simmons addressing gay rumors allegedly spurred by aspiring homosexual rap personality Caushun. (Dallas Voice)

Well, okay Russell.
When did Caushon try to out anybody? I never heard that. And he's so unknown, why would Russell even have to comment?

It's okay to be gay, so why are so many black acting like it's a shame? Stop hiding, take the weight off your chest Russell and others(we know who they are). Come out during Gay Pride where there's support and stop living in the closet double-dipping. It's a shame the way so many men live and disgrace all the civil rights struggles that so many other gay men fought and died for. We see them everyday celebs that we know are gay, who secretly hit gay spots, and athletes that secretly meet each other in hotels. When we see them there are no tabloid spills because their personal life is their personal life but, stop lying!!!

Mr.Simmons don't sweat it everybody knows that this pathetic wannabe rapper Caushun is using your name and fame to try to make a name for himself and to hurt the icons of Hip-Hop because of their promtotion of artist who clearly dislike gays and think what they do is downright nasty. Straight people don't have to prove that they are straight, but sad insecure gays like Cashun and others like him, who walk around declaring their gayness, giving interviews to out people like the communist did inthe 1950's are to be pitied more than believed. Gays feel that if they punish people, i.e.(Isaiah Washington of Grey's Anatomy) by getting them fired from their jobs for saying anything bad about them, that eventually all straight people will be too terrified to utter a word against homosexuals for fear of being called one themselves, it is their latest ploy to get people to shut up.

Keisha2Doll there is no way that most people black, brown or white thinks it's okay to be gay. Mr Simmons people know you are straight. Pathetic wannbe rappers like Cashun are using your name and fame to besmirch your name and back you into a corner to try and force you to accept them as gay artist in the hip hop world. And to punish you too for promoting artists who openly declare that what gay people do is downright nasty. And they have a right to their own opinions. That's something that homosexuals just don't get, that must people are appalled by what they do. They called straight people gay as a weapon as if to say prove it. Straight people don't generally have to go around declaring I'm straight, I'm straight! Only insecure gays go around saying that. They try to put people on the defensive by calling them a homosexual, by planting doubt in the mind of the public.

America is poised and ready to be ripped apart by the seams. Everything individual or personal can be exploited by elements outside of the mainstream and used to create a controversy that compromises key individuals with the selective enforcement of the law. What's ugly is Blacks do it also and it's out of control. What can we do about it? How do we bring America together? It's all political. When the Republicans attacked John Edwards with the "F-word", it made me sick. I didn't want the attack to generate campaign funds, but the right leadership is essential to making the problem go away. I coined the word "Glatrimony" as "The Gay-Lesbian Alternative to marriage". It's all about who gets to visit or keep your stuff. Maybe we do need to send Edwards campaign cash if we want the right change? He would invite everyone to the party and not be swayed by money or race. Edwards has paid his dues and he could be the bridge to a brighter future. Obama is too new to try something so controversial and Hillary had the chance.

Sexuality is a choice we all make and its none of anyone's business. If you are an out gay person cool but that does not mean everyone has to be out. Russell S. has no reason to hide his sexuality. But if he did than that is his business.
