To be honest, I think that the soon to be former Mrs. Simmons would not have been anything without Russell. Perhaps she was on her way to being deported. I don't see why these famous black men snatch up these white or foreign women, make them rich, and end up being dumped after they get what they want out of them. Kimora had two little girls by Russell just so that she would have her hand in his pocket even after she left him. That was her plan from the start. As for her being ghetto ... Tyra had nothing to do with that. Kimora brought her own ghetto style from across the border.


You my dear sound like an ignorant bitter individual. First of all she was born in St. Louis, Missouri so would you like for Kimora to be deported back to that specific state. Second, her mother is Korean-Japanese and her father is all Black (African-American). Kimora has been a runway model since she was 13 yrs old so I think she had a lil money coming into this relationship. Also, the reason why she has so called dumped him (Russell) after becoming so rich is infidelity. I actually have respect for Kimora for not accepting the cheating and standing up for herself and saying "just because you are rich or you are famous I'm not going to accept any BS from a man and walk away." Not stay in the marriage because he's rich and famous. (probably something you(Nicci C) would do) And as for Kimora's plan, I don't think at the age of 18 yrs old she met Russell and said "Wow, I'm going to have an on and off again relationship with Mr. Simmons for 15+ yrs. I belive Kimora should have to right to explor her bussiness expertise,but not to explot people, which is just what she is doing, please at her prices, one can do better at Conways in New York, how long does baby cloths last, give me a break.

To Nicci C, Kimora is BLACK not from across the border. Her mother is Japanese and her father is BLACK. She is a US citizen. She is a tall beautiful woman and was already rich before she met Russell Lee Simmons. Stop hating you have a remote change the channel if you don't like what you see on TV.

I think it's hilarious how all these women are hating on Kimora. Although I agree that she did have a leg up in the game having the world famous and universally respected Russell Simmons as a husband, SHE is the one who created Baby-Phat. And in case none of ya'll have noticed, it IS one of the hottest selling brands on the market today. Granted her style and clothing line isn't for everyone, but neither is Versace, Vera Wang, or any other designers clothes. Everyone has different tastes and a different style ,which is what makes us all unique. Personally, I love Baby Phat, I was recently turned onto it by a friend and have found that it fits me perfectly. Maybe instead of hating on Kimora and bitching because her clothes don't fit you right, perhaps you should be focusing on why they dont fit you and doing something about it. I'm by no means a skinny woman, but I tell you what, the Baby Phat clothes I have tried on and or purchased have been the best most comfortable clothes a big girl could ask for. SO to all ya'll out there trying to throw salt on Kimoras game, QUIT HATIN!!!! You're just mad becuase she is rich, talented and now involved with one of the sexiest black men on the planet and you're not. LOL

No way in the world I watch even one second of "ANYTHING" that woman is involved in. Why would anyone want to watch an egotisticle,rude,disrespectful B .If she's on one of the morning talk shows i change the channel. If she's co-hosting a show I change the channel. I even switched channels on an episode of RUNS HOUSE for a minute just so I didn't have to hear her.I truly can't stand her,but RUSSELL must take a little blame in this because most of us know that he only married her because she was a model (and not a SUPERMODEL)and that is a sure recipe for divorce.Also this is not her empire(although she did a fine job of managing it in the begining) it's RUSSELL'S. Hope he has an air-tight pre-nup. Once DJIMON gets a shot of that attitude he's otta there. Guarranteed

I have to agreee with ree, Kimora's ghetto attitude seems fake to me. She acts like she's from the "hood". I'm sure she knows nothing about the ghetto as she claims to know. For some reason she has to act like us black people to be seen. I feel sorry for her really, she has to play a certain role to be notice. I dont want to watch her show as she tries to make a mockery of how she thinks a black woman is suppose act. A real black woman is more like Angela Bassett or Oprah. I'm not hating on the her, she is a very pretty girl and has done well for herself by marrying a very rich man.
