Kimora Lee Simmons is seriously looking for a fresh start.
The over-the-top fashion model-turned merchandise mogul is not only launching her own Style network reality show, 'Life in the Fab Lane' (premiering Aug. 5), she's also looking for new digs.
According to the New York Daily News, the statuesque Baby Phat Fashions empress is trying to sell the palatial palace she shared with her soon-to-be ex-husband Russell Simmons. Though separated, she and the hip-hop impresario are still business partners.
Their sprawling Saddle River, N.J. estate, once featured on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' and MTV's 'Cribs' is on sale for $23 million.
With 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and two pools, the French-style manor has a cobblestone driveway, sits on four acres that include statues, a 15-seat theater, wine cellar, exercise gym, dining room with gold-leafed ceiling.
There's even a bathroom with a marble and gold toilet.
Talk about sitting pretty.
The Simmonses -- who announced their separation last year -- bought the home in 2001 for $13 million.
Although the mansion is repped by luxury real estate powerhouse Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty, there haven't been any takers since it went on the market March 13.
"We are looking for a serious buyer for this property," broker Stephanie Rosken said.
At $23 million smackaroos, she better be.

Kimora,you need to keep your man! What are you thinking? What woman wouldn't want to take your place.At the end of the day, everybody needs love.There is nothing else in the world like someone who loves and worships the ground that you walk on. Russell leave them pretty young women alone. Get someone who willl stay with you.You are one of the best catches in the world!Get someone who is in it for the long haul, like eternity.You're too old to be going through these types of changes.

poor russell simmons he should have stuck with the sisters and dated someone with substance not because of looks, now like all the rest of the white women or white women with tacos or egg rolls, she is gona take him to the bank......dude looks like a lady to me tall and skinny with hard features money makes anybody look good. i do not feel sorry for russell this will teach him just like it taught p. diddy to stay with the true sisters.

One day I watched "Life in the Fab Lane", while home from work. I had to turn the channel because it was horrible! What a materialistic person. Kimora was rude, loud, dramatic and basically a sad person. If you are truly happy with yourself then you will not need things to complete you. I believe that she needs God in her life and not just when a dress will not fit! It is so unnecessary to have a gold plated toilet. There were people that lived like this once and they paid with their lives (French and Russian Revolutions).

The most amazing thing is people think that know what they're talking about. Mind your business until your fragrance come out the closet. Rus/Kimo is doing what they think is best to keep family ties cool.
