"It was about what all the girls should have been saying all along ... (I wanted) to talk about reality and not fantasy. If you didn't learn anything then just say it. If you didn't feel that Mo'Nique was the right person to represent us on that show, then just say it. And I was the only one who said anything ... felt that everything she feels the girls were dealing with, she's dealing with as well. And she didn't like that I said that. It was to be said. She needed to hear what we had to say instead of her preaching to us all the time. Instead of showing her faults and then us all moving on together, all she did was preach."
-- Runaway reality TV personality Larissa "Bootz" Aurora about 'Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School' head mistress Mo'Nique. (EURweb.com)

Larrissa is a perfect example of why some women meet with violence in their male/female relationship. Can't you just see Larrisa all up in a man's face cussing like she does. Then can't you see a man knocking the crap out of her. Like MoNique tried to tell that fat ghetto hard core looking mother of Larrisa... one day somebody is not going to back down from Larrisa and they gonna beat the hell out of her and her mother gonna have to pick up the pieces. Notice how the mom sat silently in the audience while Larrissa spew out a bunch of insults but when someone talked back to her..the mom gets up and attacks MoNique instead of her daughter. Monique did not tell Larrisa to lie, steal, and decieve others on the show, yet the Mom wanted to attack MoNique instead of blaming her daughter for her actions. Just a real mal-functional family. Good job Shay and MoNique

Man you people. Number 4: How do you know she is a bitch unless your apart of the club. Number 6: Why do black women sterotypes themselves? I havent head one person of another race say all that, if so, what about Brooke and Becky? Number 12: Larissa is 22 genius. She has no kids and is not having sex. So what did your mother teach you? Number 14: Larissa hodrat..please..have you seen her house? I dont think her house is evidence of a hood-rat, check your ignorance. I think if Larissa was not attractive as she is, a lot of you would not have being making these comments. Secondly, Monique is not a historical black figure..so why does she deserve respect when it was not given? I don't know what woman would stomache another woman calling them a lil girl all the time? Moreover, Larissa cant be that stupid; she has "learned" how to block all this hate, and keep doing her. Keep it moving motivators!

Sparkle and Sunny hit the nail on the head. However, Shay doesn't get completely let off the hook, because she was down for the picture thing and was getting pleasure out of it until...it became clear that it wasn't going away. They were in it together and that's all Larissa was trying to say. She felt betrayed because she felt Shay was her girl.
Larissa'a mom was like one of those hood moms that defend their kids, no matter how wrong they are. And that probably is where the attitude comes from.
Bottom Line: Larissa gets props for speaking her mind, I just wish she had done it more eloquently

Larissa is a "Hot Mess"
If she can't see where she's a fool, then I feel sorry for her - and I place the blame on her Mother too.
What Larissa needs is for someone to black boot stomp her the next time she runs off at the mouth.
The sad thing in all of this is that an ignorant geechie like Larissa will end up with her own show.

Larissa is just like her mother. She wants to blame Monique as a defense mechanism for looking like a fool on television. She made the wrong choices and it back fired. Larissa has no class(walking around with a blanket over her bottom half) in some of the episodes, and then cursing on every episode calling someone a
B!tch. She is a kid and her mom is one too!

well ive always felt like larissa is never going to change. so she will always act like a little girl. and that's sad. it's sad because she is a grown a** woman and she cant even make a positive change in her life. so whatever she has to say about monique and this point, well she can just save it cause it aint worth sayin

Monique was absolutely perfect for this, because she played the role of mama for these stupid, out-of-control wanna-be women! Larissa's mama is the reason she is the way she is, all you had to do was take one look at that woman and see where the error was made! Monique made sure all the Black women in particular were put in their place, b/c we are always looked upon as the ghetto baby mama, and LArissa showed that to the world!

I am sorry, I must agree to a point with Larissa. Monique was not the person to be teaching or leading a charm school. Quite possibly she should have been one of the students!!! When she didn't even understand the principles of a college debate, she lost all respect. Throughout the entire show, her speech contradicted the purpose and principles of what she insisted the ladies needed to learn. Her behavior on the reunion show demonstrated her true personality as well as the fact that she could only fake it so much and for so long.
Saying this in no way advocates the behavior that Larissa displayed either, only that she is not wrong in thinking or speaking her mind. OFTEN TIMES ITS NOT THE IDEAS OF WHAT YOU SAY, JUST HOW YOU SAY IT!
