According to the New York Post, Cash Money Records rapper Lil' Wayne exhibited some diva-like behavior at Monday's taping of 'The Second Annual Ozone Awards' at Miami's James L. Knight Center.
The pint-sized gangsta rapper (legally known as Dwayne Michael Carter) "was adamant about getting hot girls to personally fan him as he walked down the red carpet - but he didn't want to take any pictures," a source said.
Apparently he and Fat Joe (who wanted the red carpet shut down for he and his 30-member entourage to enter the venue) "got what they wanted, since it was down to the wire."
The two hip-hop chart-toppers both had at least two performances and had to present major awards as well for the underground awards show, set to air Labor Day Weekend on the digital cable channel MTV Jams.
Lil' Wayne wound up snagging three trophies, including Best Rap Artist (Male).

I think Lil Wayne is so overrated it not funny... their are so many other rappers that exceed him, but they don't get the recognition like he does.

Little Wayne seems to be on everyone's songs right now, so I guess it might be going to his head. That type of behavior is no different than the behavior of a lot of celebrities who think they're a lot bigger than they really are.

I love lil wayne, i think many celebrities have forgotten the fans. But at the same time their human and get tired too. So i'm just gonna go with he was having a bad day.

Lil Wayne looks like a rat I cannot even think of a female waking up to that face. As for his rapping, he's o.k. but what do you expect, the record label promote filth. All million- dollar rappers should help Katrina victims since they got money to blow.

Lil wayne he o.k. he not all that he started young so he geting better with time he no jay-z that fo sho but he good and who said he a street n##*** he was under baby since he was a baby they had money so he wasing out there he never ready been explose to the street the real way he noy all that hood he proably heard stories and he runs with that but i do give him some props
