According to the New York Post, Cash Money Records rapper Lil' Wayne exhibited some diva-like behavior at Monday's taping of 'The Second Annual Ozone Awards' at Miami's James L. Knight Center.
The pint-sized gangsta rapper (legally known as Dwayne Michael Carter) "was adamant about getting hot girls to personally fan him as he walked down the red carpet - but he didn't want to take any pictures," a source said.
Apparently he and Fat Joe (who wanted the red carpet shut down for he and his 30-member entourage to enter the venue) "got what they wanted, since it was down to the wire."
The two hip-hop chart-toppers both had at least two performances and had to present major awards as well for the underground awards show, set to air Labor Day Weekend on the digital cable channel MTV Jams.
Lil' Wayne wound up snagging three trophies, including Best Rap Artist (Male).

LIL WAYNE, R KELLY, T- PAIN,. im sorry, but lil wayne is over rated...but somebody like Ghostface or Raekwon can come out and not even go gold this is why cats is dropping albums over seas before they do here america has been made to embrace wackness in all its splendor...years ago rappers like this guy were laughable

What is up with all these "you all are haters" comments? Nobody is hating on his ugly ass. If we don't like his music then we just don't like it. Everyone has different taste in music & just so happen, LiL Wayne's music has not rubbed off on a lot of us!! So 2 the one's who do like his music, keep on doing what u do! Don't try 2 convince the rest of us that we should like him & his corny ass music! So what if he's making millions off of his corny music, at least it's not my hard earned money who's making him ghetto rich!!!!
