Just think about the money you are making were you can afford to do like the rest of them. Buy you the look you want. why not the rest of them do.

OK...has anyone here heard of the word "acting." Fantasia is supposed to act like she is Celie not become her. Do you mean to tell me that she cannot discern between acting and real life? If not then she should step aside, consider therapy and give the part over to a capable actress. There are so many other black actresses who have studied, done their time and deserve a break in that role.

fantasia you are wonderful please do not take the play home with you. I know it takes alot out of playing celie and being her on stage everyday being called ugly and the other things celie endured #13 said you took this role because you have been call ugly and tolded you will not amount to nothing in your life i don't know if thats true cause i've seen your life movie and don't remember seeing that in the movie, but if it's true then throw it away you are blessed and highly favored by GOD who's talking now? your beauty in within and it shines outside making you beautiful through and through keep going forward and keep praising GOD from where all your blessing comes from. p.s.#3 harlem does have some of the best hair salons and fantasia would love what they do to hair and 121 on lenox is one of the best

fantasia is a very beautiful person......its not how a person looks for a part in a movie......its how well she plays the role.......she got the part of ms. celie because they loved how well she played the part..

I see Fantasia as a very ordinary girl not beautiful... but not ugly either. What I'm trying to say is this... if she couldn't sing her looks wouldn't get her anywhere. However I do think she is a nice person and I'm very happy for her success. Go Fantasia!!!
