Tracy Morgan is headed to splitsville.
The former 'Saturday Night Live' star has confirmed that he is going through proceedings to legally end his marriage to Sabina Morgan his wife of nearly 25 years.
"Me and my wife are going through a divorce, but she is still my friend," the '30 Rock' star told the National Enquirer. "She is my rock and is totally supportive of what I am doing, and that's me having hit rock bottom."
The Bronx-born comic, who currently appears in television commercials for Digiorno pizza, was recently sentenced at Manhattan Criminal Court for a drunk driving bust that occurred last November.
During the sentencing, he was hit with a $1,000 fine and a six-month suspension of his driver's license.
Over the past year, the 38-year-old Bronx-born father of three has been involved in some wild and crazy public behavior that has created much fodder about his alcoholism.
Last spring, he had a media relations meltdown during a morning TV show appearance in El Paso, Texas, where he declared that "somebody's going to get pregnant while I'm in town."
There's no telling if that is the exact reason why his beloved wife, whom he married in 1985, and he is parting ways. But all roads point to that.
"Sabina simply couldn't take it anymore," a 'pal' told the tabloid. "When Tracy drinks, he turns into a booze-fueled, sex-crazed wild man."
Geez Louise.
In any case, Morgan seems to be cleaning up his act -- by attending an alcohol treatment program in New York.
"Being drunk got scary ... I have no intention of screwing up again."

I'm sorry to hear about his divorce, but Tracy look like a handful. I can only imagine what his wife had to deal with.

Nonetheless, brilliant minds are a little off the rocker a little; Tracy Morgan is funny and is real! and I wish him hope and luck through this rough time in his life. To more success man because you deserve all that good in your career; What's happenin' chief? LOL.

If he's 38 years old and has been married for almost 25 years, that would mean he got married at around 13-15 years old? He does look like a handful. That's probably why his wife looks like she needs a special weekend away to fix herself up and regroup.

Tracy Morgan is a funny guy. I'm still crackin' up over his appearances on Martin - standing there w/his mouth poked out, quoting the phrase, "What's happenin', chief?" This guys' hilarious! I hope that he finds the strength to maintain his sobriety while exuding his artistic expression and in maintaining his daily walk through life...May you find all that you need in prayer...hang in there, Mr. Morgan and God bless.

I just hope that he can get on with his life and control his drinking because who knows maybe he and his wife can reconcile if he straightens up his act, 25 years is hard to let go.

i really hope he can get it together. alcoholism is a nasty beast. gotta uncle who would get up in the mornin' and drink a milk and beer cocktail...yeah i said it right.

tracy turned his back on his mother,and his sister and brothers for no reason,i heard he hasnt seen his mom since she did the satuday night live mothers day special, not even a phone call,he has no contact with any of his family.thats what his wife gets shes nothing but a puppet,and heonly have 1 child by that little munchkin

I like Tracy Morgan alot, and I think he is one of the most funniest guys around. Wish they could work out their differences. Now they wanna b friends, whatz up wit that? Or rather whaz up chief?
