Alicia Keys may not have bellowed her hit songs in her last couple of Hollywood gigs (as a Black Best Friend in 'The Nanny Diaries' and as an assassin in 'Smokin' Aces'), but she is sure to hit a high note with her scheduled appearance on the new CBS drama 'Cane.'
A spokesperson for the multiple Grammy Award winning music wunderkind confirmed to The BV Newswire that she will perform her latest single 'No One' – from her forthcoming third studio opus 'As I Am' – on the premiere episode of the highly-promoted Hispanic drama, which is fronted by TV veteran Jimmy Smits.
The episode is scheduled to film today at the Thom Thom Club in Santa Monica.. Look for it to air September 25 at 10 PM.

I love Alicia Keys. She actually HAS real talent. I'm just gonna sit back and wait for people to write in about how SHE'S not black enough, and how she doesn't represent black people.

Pure class. She is someone that the youth can look up to. She actually is talented and doesn't have to be half naked to show her talent. Some of these so called singers out here today should take lessons from her because that girl can sing! And she seems to be real and not fake. She knows who she is.

I totally agree that alicia keys is original and doesn't have to be half naked. She's got class and talent.Women have been nothing but sex objects for years. I don't know why it's sooo important,but in a female singing career you can be a lady an that's what I truly think alicia keys is. You Go Girl!!!!!!!!

Alicia is an inspirational singer, songwriter, actress, pianist, producer, etc., whom is in a 27-year-old's class of her own. She is a beautifully blessed talent and I cannot wait for her album to drop in November. Love you, Ms. Keys. Peace . . . TeYoJe

alicia is an untalented oaf whose major hits were originally wrote and song 30 years ago. remaking the songs of someone else does not a talent make.
