Oprah Winfrey is on top, once again; this time for Forbes magazine's list of highest paid TV celebrities.
With her long-running, Emmy Award winning talkshow, 'The Oprah Winfrey Show,' the celebrated media maven earned and estimated $260 million dollars between June 2006 and June 2007.
While no one on the list of twenty TV stars didn't come close to her earnings, Tyra Banks did join the ranks.
The supermodel-turned-TV mogul raked in $18 million via her wildly popular venues 'America's Next Top Model' and 'The Tyra Banks Show,' respectively.
The Inglewood, California-reared fashionplate came in at an impressive No. 12, beating out the likes of Rachael Ray ($16 million) Katie Couric ($15 million), Ellen DeGeneres ($15 million), Diane Sawyer ($12 million) and Barbara Walters ($12 million).
Syndication proves to be the sweetest hangover for Jerry Seinfeld, who came in second on the list earning $60 million.
Acidic-tongued 'American Idol' judge Simon Cowell isn't just a tough cookie -- he's a smart one. The brazen Brit earned $45 million to land at No. 3, while David Letterman, who landed at No. 4, raked in $40 million.
Media coveting real estate tycoon Donald Trump, was No. 5 with $32 million.

I fancy Oprah Winfrey, I watch her programs every tuesday and thursday. It's wothy to tell you this because I have learned a lot from her programs particularly " learn how to go on with your life after passing through so many life obstacles as well as to "forgive and forget". A lesson that I'll never forget.

I can't believe you people post things like "you go girls"....are u kidding me. It's a complete disgrace that Oprah earned $260 million in ONE year. And this nut job leaves $30 million to a pack of dogs???? WHy is that neccesary??? This shows how unbalanced this world and especially this country really is. This lady talk on a TV show.....others work their whole lives, fight fires, fight wars, fight crime on the street, save lives by performing surgery, nurses, ect....and dont make 1% of what she made in one year in a LIFETIME.....thats a joke and absurd. And to hear she leaves her DOGS 30 million....what a joke and a slap in the face to the hard working people who make this country run. Without firefighters, police officers, doctors, nurses, teachers, this country would not survive....without this joker (Oprah), we would just watch a different show at 4pm....lol........I'm disgusted by this and more disgusted by the nimrods in here who think it's great.
