Kanye West is getting the hell out of dodge.According to published reports, the Grammy Award winning hip-hop music wunderkind has put his posh Beverly Hills home on the market ... only nine months after purchasing it.
No telling if the sudden death of his mother, Dr. Donda West, factored into the equation but the 'Touch the Sky' rapper's abode is up for sale.
The blog Real Estalker reports that the house that the six-bedroom house sits on a 0.79-acre lot, has four baths and is in what is called tear-down condition. The sale price of $8.699 million also includes plans to build a new house on the property.
West reportedly purchased the property in February for $7,150,000 but never moved in.
His beloved mother, who was to rest in Oklahoma on Nov. 20, died at an Los Angeles area hospital on Nov. 10 after undergoing cosmetic surgery the day before.

Mr.West, my heart goes out to you a thousand times over. There is no words that could ever express the emotion I seen with you and you mom at the signing of her book. The love is strong and it is ok to be mad, hurt, distraut, and any other emotion that may come up because God understand. A great part of you is missing and it will take the Lord above to help you through,so if you're not able to call on him for conmfort I will do it for you.
Love you Kanye as God loves us all.
Gail

I send my upmost condolences to Kanye and his family out of Oklahoma City. I must say that I am really ashamed at the way that some individuals have came in here and acted in this blog. Kanye just lost his mother, how can some people be so cold and feticious to come in this blog and write incriminating words about Kanye and some of the other people who have posted in this blog.
Maybe if people would learn to not be so self absorbed in trying to bring others down to rise themselves up, the world would be a better place. T
This passage also goes out to Ms. Sylvia Driggins as well. Do not even worry about the person that commented on your passage. I thought it was great how u expressed ur deepest concern for Kanye during this time. Keep your chin up and keep on spreading the tremendous amout of love that it seems you have to give. If Kanye was reading this I'm sure he was touched. Keep on Keepin on being blessed!
Kanye you and your family are in my prayers. Remember to keep and hold onto the loving memories you and your mother shared and continue her legacy and continue to be the successful man that she always wanted you to be.
God bless

It's hard to know what to say to someone who goes through so much especially during the holidays. We can only hope Kayne finds the direction he needs. There are heroes everywhere sometimes in the hardest times we see people recreating their lives. Increase the peace. http://www.spymac.com/details/?2306283

Not sure if sexual preference has anything to do with a house being sold or a man grieving over the loss of his mother. Leave the confusion out. That being said, Mr. West, I was glad to hear that another West was representing in a big way. I became even more impressed with you as I heard your style. Enjoy your career, man. Also please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. There's always something special between a mom and her son or a mom and her daughter. I'm a dad and I know I could never replace the special place that my son holds for his mother. I will continue to pray for your healing and strengthening. Pray in earnest, bruh and keep your head up. God bless you and your family.

I'm sorry for what happened but if it gives him a little peace to move, then thats what it takes.Only God knows a persons heart and it thats what his heart tells him to do, then so be it.I wish him the best.
