Kanye West is getting the hell out of dodge.According to published reports, the Grammy Award winning hip-hop music wunderkind has put his posh Beverly Hills home on the market ... only nine months after purchasing it.
No telling if the sudden death of his mother, Dr. Donda West, factored into the equation but the 'Touch the Sky' rapper's abode is up for sale.
The blog Real Estalker reports that the house that the six-bedroom house sits on a 0.79-acre lot, has four baths and is in what is called tear-down condition. The sale price of $8.699 million also includes plans to build a new house on the property.
West reportedly purchased the property in February for $7,150,000 but never moved in.
His beloved mother, who was to rest in Oklahoma on Nov. 20, died at an Los Angeles area hospital on Nov. 10 after undergoing cosmetic surgery the day before.

My deepest sympathy to Kanye. The lost of a mother is horrific. One thing I learned when my mom died was to hold on to everything she taught you. And living as she taught you keeps you close always. You are in my prayers Kanye. Stay strong.

Sorry about your loss. Moving out of Hollywood is a good idea. Trying to live up to standards set their r unrealistic and phony. Glad 2 know u r moving on. God wants to mend your broken heart and make u a man of God, singing for Him, Kanye.

I'm sorry for what he is going through,but that is the way life is man.God giveth and God taketh at any time.Some of us go about life so merrily because we are making lots of money and i'm not saying that Kanye was doing that, but there are a lot of celebrities who does it and there is not one of them that reaches out to a poor struggling man who works hard, yet finds it difficult to buy a house for 140,000.Not one of them would help to invest in properties to help the struggling man. What they do is show us how much money they can make and also be extravagant with it. Yes, In your faces.It's a great thing when you do for others so that when hard times come down on you, the pain wouldn't be so bad. Let's live and love and give.Peace.

My heart goes out to the entire wes family. Having lost a parent I know that this time is not an easy time. We are keeping you in our prayers. I would say to you that the person you are today is a testimony to the kind of woman your mother was.
