Amen!, Lee Crosse! I love Lauryn. And when I saw her on TV at the Hip-Hop honors event, I knew something was seriously wrong and that Lauryn was in trouble. So, please, let's just pray for her and Wyclef for that matter!

I hope that Ms. Hill Can chill but on the note the Wyclef said what he said is understandable. If I'm young and black and I'm in the business then in a few years I'm all screwed up with drugs or I'm just Psycho. She got King Kong and family on her back right now. Maybe this is a way of looking out for her. Sometimes when you are on the inside looking out you can see yourself. Stop covering up and sugar coating her slap it in her face.

I agree with Tigga 100% It could not have been said any better. I am ones of Lauryn"s biggest fans, and before hearing all of this degrading talk from Wycliff, I truly admired him, I loved the accent, happy to fine out of his running for presidency to Haiti, I'll even ad that I thought he was qualified, but I guess I was looking at the front his was putting up to gain attention during the Haitian disaster, I never got to know what his character was like, but just what I saw on the screen. Wycliff, you've done nothing but show the world how classless you are and how unfit you are to be a President. I'd like to ad that there is something about people from 3rd world countries that make them think that they're smarter and, this is a very common thing for them to suggest that American have mental illneses. I think hes jealous because Lauryn blow up after she left the fugees, then stated a life with a legend,Bob Marley's son, shes admired by all over the world and recognized as a living legend,even Michell Obama says she listens to her album, 12 yrs after . Lauryn, I love you, God gave you a gift from Heaven , use it as long as you can. I would like to be you female bass player. I have to agree with you on this one Melle. A "true friend" may tell her privately that she's slippin', or even gather several family members and friends to do an intervention of sorts if she is, in fact, losing grip on reality or suffering from some form of addiction. A "true friend" would never even think to degrade her in public -- and to the media no less! Those of us who enjoy her music and embrace her as a talented and beautiful young Queen are concerned about her, and have been for some time. To further stunt for the cameras and mike claiming to "have reached out to her a few times" then make a dig that he was "speaking to one of her personalities" further shows how Wyclef lacks not only the meaning of what it means to be a "true friend," but also lacks class.

I Feel Like Yes, He Should Have Talked To Her Privately If He Feels She Has A Problem. And No, He Should Not Have Went To The Media. If He Could Not Make Her Understand That Something Is Wrong Then Maybe It Is Time To Just Let It Go. I Mean He's Been Trying For Years Or So I've Heard To Get Her To Get Some Help. Ever Since That Whole Fiasco Where She Insisted That They All Call Her Mrs. Hill And Not Lauryn, These Are The Same People She Started Out With, People Who You Were Poor With. It's Like Telling Your Family Members They Can No Longer Address You By Your First Name (Ridiculous). Some People Cannot Be Helped Because They Don't Want To Be Helped.
