Steve, your trainer has done wonders for you but now you have to work twice as hard to keep it and like most other people it won't last. Your body adjust to the change and because it's not natural for you... your body will try and revert back to the way nature intended for it to be, which means that you and your trainer will have to work ever harder and harder to maintain it. Also after a certain age both us men and the ladies as well, should have some "MEAT" on our bones. This older woman told me years ago that: ONLY A DOG WANT A BONE BUT IT STILL WANT SOME MEAT ON IT...... seem to me that between your age and your divorece, that you trying to prove something, if you have to try and prove something, it's not worth proving. Rather than trying to look young and buffed,you need to stop lying and trying to be slick, by hiding money from your wife and more importantly your kid(s). Stop trying to be a sneak about the money and face up to your financial responsibilities, then perhaps I'll have more respect for what you'r doing.
On your talk show, which I can no longer stomach, you preach about doing the right thing, about being a stand up person, you talk about finding god and putting god in your life, being honest and treating people right...... you need to practice what you preach! You need to stop playing games and be a stand up man, you need to give that woman the money she deserve and more importantly and "FORMOST" you need to stop hiding money from your kid(s). You preach an entirely different life than you live, which is why I can not stand you or your show, you'r nothing but a lying two face hippacrit, that I have no respect for.
