Looks like Sonja Norwood is getting the last laugh.
Kim Kardashian may have won the battle – but she will not win the war – if the tough-as-nails former music industry diva has anything to do with it.
Norwood, the "momager" of Brandy and Kardashian's ex-lover Ray-J, is suing her and her siblings for racking up over $120,000 in alleged illegal charges to her credit card.
According to The New York Post, court documents obtained claims that the alleged Hollywood socialite, who was Brandy's stylist in 2004, "was authorized to make one (and only one) purchase on behalf of [Sonja]," using her American Express card.
Norwood, a former finance industry exec, has gained a reputation as a shrewd business mind in Black Hollywood circles. (Her children have been working in the business since they were knee-high to a grasshopper.)
So ducats is something she does NOT play with.
The legal documents goes on to allege that the bootylicious sexpot shared Norwood's credit card number with siblings Khloe, Kourtney, and Robert Jr., leading to Kardashian shopping sprees at the Norwood's expense.Oh no ... White Collar Crime???
While the media may have not been kind to The Norwoods over the last few years, the law sure has.
Just as 2008 came into bloom, Brandy was "exonerated" from vehicular manslaughter charges and got off free and clear after a year of legal uncertainty.
Once considered the relatively unknown gal pal of Paris Hilton, Kardashian gained new-found fame with a starring role in a no-holds-barred sex video, starring and directed by Ray-J.
Since the release -- and the subsequent halting of retail sales – of the best-selling romp, the Armenian former divorcee has become mainstream tabloid fodder, the subject of a highly rated reality series, and a Playboy cover girl.
The daughter of late O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian, she was also reportedly rumored to be paid millions for the DVD, which was titled 'Kim Kardashian Superstar.'The allegedly unauthorized Norwood credit card charges included $62,793.83 in 2006, and $57,841.82 2007, for a total of $120,635.82 dollars. The suit claims that thousands were even spent at the Kardashian's own stores, Dash and Smooch.
A spokesperson for Kardashian, who is romantically linked to NFL star Reggie Bush, could not be reached at press time.
MORE TO IT:
Norwood released a statement to media outlets Feb. 5 explaining that her lawsuit against Kardashian was a last resort that was filed against the wishes of her two kids and after exhausting all other options.
"I did not want to commence litigation against the Kardashian family without conducting an exhaustive investigation into the charges and discussing all options, including criminal prosecution, with my family," the former H&R Block executive said.
"After Ray J and Brandy urged me not to file criminal charges because of their prior friendship, I decided to afford the Kardashians an opportunity to resolve this matter without a lawsuit," she explained. "When the fraudulent charges were brought to their attention, they apologized profusely, and advised us, through their attorneys, that they would pay the debt in full. However, they have since reneged on that promise."
Norwood, who once managed former music acts such as BeBe Winans, Silk, and 702, also said in her statement that her "investigation has revealed that the Kardashians used their two stores and other stores that I have never visited to take advantage of me. I very much look forward to having the Kardashians account for their misconduct in a court of law."
The lawsuit seeks repayment of the charges plus 10 percent interest.

Maybe Norwood decided to sue after she finally realized Kardashian is a black jewel-digger...and a user too.
Kim and her family can quite easily afford to pay the $120,635.82. They just probably decided "we ain't giving those n__grs nothin." Hopefully RayJ learned a lesson. As for Reggie Bush - maybe God will open his eyes before he remains another Mandigo statistic.

The above statement is seen to be contradictory. The situation is very critical and need an experience complainer to resolve it.
