You don't have a "White Voices" for the same reason you don't have "White History Month." Everyday in school is "White History Day!" we are bombarded with a slew of white history at the omission of everyone else.
Black Voices exists to give African-Americans a palce to discuss issues of interest to us. There is nothing racist about it! The racist component is that you are so comfortably entrinched that you get intimidated at the thought of someone having a conversation that you aren't the primary focus.
African-Americans stop letting America convince us it's wrong for us to hang together or discuss issues of interest to us. The only problem is when we can't hang with other people.
