Despite being one of the most successful rappers in the industry, 50 Cent still has to deal with baby mama drama.
The 32-year-old Queens, New York native (real name: Curtis Jackson) is being sued by his son's mother Shaniqua Tompkins, who filed the lawsuit on April 2 claiming the rapper is trying to evict her and their 10-year-old son Marquise from their Long Island home.
Whoa.
Apparently Tompkins wasn't too thrilled to hear Fiddy (as he is known) had alternate plans of buying her a $2.4 million pad in Dix Hills, New York.
According to her lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, the 'I Get Money' rapper promised her the lavish domain only to find out he had the house put in his name.
Damn! He doesn't only "get" money, he knows how to keep it, too.
At press time, 50's camp was unavailable for comment.

Black men and women; get married first. It is not about you it is about the wefare of your offspring. Children need roots, and two parents engaged in a lawful union. It is difficult for the child who must acknowledge that his or her parents did not have the decency to either prevent the pregnancy or to truly acknowledge paternity by commiting to more than a sexual encounter that produced an offspring.

WHAT IS TRULY SAD ABOUT THE WHOLE THING IS THAT I REALLY DON'T THINK THIS MOTHER IS TRULY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS CHILD, SHE IS BLINDED BY THE BLING. I THINK 50 CENT IS GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS NIGHTMARE UNTIL HIS CHILD IS ALEAST 18YRS OLD. GOODLUCK 50, YOUR'RE REALLY GOING TO NEED IT.

Fifty Cent is basically a low-life. This doesn't surprise me at all. He always looks like he's up to no good. Whatever nightmare he gets, he brought it on himself.

IF MR.JACKSON HAS RESERVATIONS ABOUT THE "BABY MAMA'S" INTENTIONS, HE SHOULD PUT THE HOUSE IN MARQUISE'S NAME AND HAVE HER SIGN A CONTRACT INFORMING HER THAT THE HOME CAN'T BESOLD WITHOUT HIS CONSENT UNTIL THE CHILD TURNS 18. THEN, IF HE(MARQUISE)WANTS TO SELL IT, IT WILL BE HIS TO SELL. I'M A SINGLE MOM AND ALL I WANT IS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S FATHER TO DO IS ACKNOWLEDGE HER EXISTANCE. THIS LADY IS RIDICULOUS. I don't understand what her problem is. At least he is doing something to make sure that she has a place to stay as well as his son. Some people just really need to do alot of research before they have children with people. I'm not special because my kids dad doesn't pay no child support, well he does but it is under $40 a week so damn quit complaining.

You lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas. Jackson probably woke up one morning, saw this overweight, mouthy parasite in his house with a kid that may not even be his, and wanted out. She hasn't done anything for his career except keep his feet warm, and now that he's flush with success, the only way he can sustain it, is to cut his ties with all those things that may hold him back. All other things being equal, a man's taste in women usually increases with age...he's trading in a used Ford with a bad engine for a Lexus...what's wrong with that?

Sounds like 50 is ready to start a second family -- and the 'new' wifey wants NO links to the past -- or 50 is really tired of supporting 'baby momma' + her boyfriend. Either way -- an innocent child suffers + that sucks.

It's fun while you are hittin it but when that kid comes things get wicked. It's a shame when most of that money dude makes will be going to that lady and her boyfriends. Sometimes payback is a Bit-h. The Military made sure I took care of mine and yes, the boyfriend was enjoying my money to my daughter. That's life in the big city.

I think women like her give the rest of us a bad name. He is already paying child support and he is actually give you a house to live in with his child not your boyfriend. I agree with him and I am a woman. She doesn't even have a job! She has some nerve! She should be ashamed of herself, grown woman living off one man and bringing another one into the home the first man provided rent free!!! No Class....
