Despite being one of the most successful rappers in the industry, 50 Cent still has to deal with baby mama drama.
The 32-year-old Queens, New York native (real name: Curtis Jackson) is being sued by his son's mother Shaniqua Tompkins, who filed the lawsuit on April 2 claiming the rapper is trying to evict her and their 10-year-old son Marquise from their Long Island home.
Whoa.
Apparently Tompkins wasn't too thrilled to hear Fiddy (as he is known) had alternate plans of buying her a $2.4 million pad in Dix Hills, New York.
According to her lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, the 'I Get Money' rapper promised her the lavish domain only to find out he had the house put in his name.
Damn! He doesn't only "get" money, he knows how to keep it, too.
At press time, 50's camp was unavailable for comment.

IF THE JUDGE REDUCED IT FROM 26,00O A MONTH TO 6,000 A MONTH I AM SURE THE JUDGE HAD GOOD REASON TO DO SO. OF COURSE 50 PROVED TO THE JUDGE THAT HE SON HAS A WELL FUNDED TRUST FUND IN HIS NAME. STOP BASHING THE MAN FOR MEETING HIS OBLIGATIONS. HE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A CASH COW TO THE GOLD DIGGING SONS MOTHER. GOLD DIGGERS THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR HANDS IN A MANS POCKETS AT ALL COST. Leann how can you say that he's a low life?? First he's a good father from what I see & hear. He took it upon his self to request Child support for his son which most men will not do!! It wasn't enough for her she wanted more and took him back to court & got less!! Now she wants a house that's not hers. She doesn't even have to pay rent?? She does now from there last court appearance haha! That what happens to GOLD-DIGGERS?? 50 keep doing what you are doing for your son's sake.

Moe what are you talking about he is not an absent parent!! He has his son with him mostly everytime you see him and he took hisself to court to establish child support for his son. The child's mother is a gold-diggers she took him back to court for extra money and it got reduced. She should have kept her mouth shut and took what he gave her Most men don't give anything!!

Malagasy, marriage has nothing to do with anything!! His child's mother is a gold-digger & she is living off her son's money because she has NO JOB!! For example , me and my son's father was married and divorced! He refused to pay so I took him to court and this fool had the nerves to say my son was not his??? So to prove to him we did a DNA test and 99.999% later he is paying more than ever. And looking stupid is the end.

. There is never a disappointment when it comes to ignorant comments I must say. The bottom line is this is HIS house and he does not have to hand it to her if he chooses not to. He is paying her child support and she needs to take that money and go mortgage her own damn house! Make a home for herself instead of trying to sit around in his! Time for her to get off her ass and start behaving like a mother who is making a way for her and her child instead of being immature and trying to constantly stick it to the childs father. Time for her to get her ignorant ass up and mortgage her own damn home!! PERIOD!! Stop being a ignorant bitter woman and find a nice place to call your own and fill it with love. The judge will grant 50's request for this woman has the money to get her own spot. Kudos to 50! Make her stand on her own two feet as a woman should when she has a child. He is paying child support faithfully. Hell, he was paying 25,000 a month in child support. That wasnt enough to get a house? It now has been reduced to 6,000 a month? That's still not enough for a mortgage? Oh please. 50 needs to throw the lazy hag out of his spot. Obviously he see's and knows who and what she really is. I mean what more does she want 25'000 a month for a 10 year old and she's still complaining.Alot of single mothers wish for 100 sometimes then disrespect 50's house by lettin a man stay there she needs to be put out. Thats what happen when your childs mothers from the hood and never had shit dont now how to act when she gets it.
