If the photographer who took the picture of Halle and her baby trespassed on her personal property, they should be held accountable for breaking the law. That photographer Violated Halle and her family. Halle's has a right to her privacy in her own home. I respect her for not selling her baby pictures for charity or any other reason.

I understand how she feels, and her privacy was invaded, but she needs to realize that herself, her offspring, and any other relatives.....if they have dirty backgrounds, are considered fair game to these money grubbing paps. It's all about the almighty dollar, so come hell or high water, these greedy bastards will do everything they can to get a pic.

It's a sad day when you can't even protect your newborn baby from the paps. I truly feel that there should be a limit when it comes to celebrity invasion; but that's just me. I mean...they are human.

My aunt was one of the children kept on set to play with Shirley Temple. Blonde and cute, she was set up for the child star thing, but Clara Bow took my grandmother aside and told her not to do it, if she loved the child. It might have worked out. Drew Barrymore has done Ok...

I would be angry for the paps not protecting my privacy sure but then for Halle, after all these years of waiting to have the baby with a guy who is worth it, I would be showing my bundle of joy to the entire world.

come on! These stars get millions for being a star and part of being a star is to be photographed and in the news. Thats all part of it. ANY stars child would be photographed its all part of the game. I disagree with him going onto private property though.

sad to say but ms berry is a celeb and is subject to constant invasions of her and her family's privacy. i can understand her anger i mean its sad when you cant walk in your own yard without being photographed but its all part of the life of a celebrity the pops will stop at nothing to get that prized photograph look how they hover in a helicopter over a celebs house? or how they stand vigil at the hospital or any place a celeb is sad really sad
