Last week it was announced that she parted ways with Antonio "L.A." Reid's Island Def jam, after being a part of the label for 14 months.
Jackson's recent on the road health issues also affected her earlier this year. She missed her scheduled appearance on 'Saturday Night Live,' due to bronchitis.
However, a source close to Janet's long-time beau Jermaine Dupri revealed to 'People' magazine that the entertainer has complained of exhaustion in the past.
"A 42-year-old body can't handle what a 22-year-old body can," says the source. "I can tell you that she's definitely tired. It was probably exhaustion. She is doing back-to-back, three-hour shows, and her body isn't the same as it used to be."
There was no additional info regarding Jackson's health at press time.

I hope Janet gets better real soon and hopefully she will slow down and focus on some of the other talents that she has to offer.

rest janet. im 42 and i can't do what i use to do when i was 22, our bodies do change as we get older and you know it is never the same, if you look at it, people are dying, even at younger ages then me and you, we have to take care of our body,you have all time in the world to make money, but you wont if you leave this earth, i don't care how much money you need or want,you are still looking good, and keep up the good work janet ! and please for all those beautiful women out their in the world,

I really hope she gets better. I really like Janet and she put on a KILLER show. Would it be wrong for me to say, that I really want her to get better so she can do her concert in Greensboro on Saturday? Is that wrong? No really, I want her to get better. JJ it's okay to slow down.

Maybe this is a sign she needs to stop imitating blowjobs on stage. Why does she feel the need to disrespect herself and her fans like that? Is that all she has to offer? It's not cute and she needs to stop.

I believe that Ms Jackson is exhausted, doing back to back shows takes a lot out of you, it does not really have anything to do with age, as a lot of artistes 15 and 20 years her junior suffer with the same problems, the body just needs to rest.

Now Janet... Baby it is high time to rest; you are great in every since of the word. You are also an actress, so why don't you get back into that grove cause you are good. Cuz sista YOU NEED REST your body can only take so much I'd rarher see you on t.v. and still on top of the ground, you can't do noting under it. Question: Don't you have enough finances to rest? We still need you here while you can still breathe. Get It? SIT DOWN AND REST.

I wish all the Jacksons would take a rest. They are embarassing. The whole family is fake. The Jacksons like the innate gifts which comes with been Black, but they quickly discarded the packages with which it came in. Don't wish her any ill will, but could care less about her and her dysfunctional family.
