Wanda Sykes has come out of the closet and is proudly stating that she is, indeed, "proud to be gay."The acclaimed comedienne and star of the CBS sitcom, 'The New Adventures of Old Christine,' spoke her truth during a gay rights rally in Las Vegas on Saturday.
"You know, I don't really talk about my sexual orientation," the Emmy Award winner said. "I didn't feel like I had to. I was just living my life, not necessarily in the closet, but I was living my life,"

The Gender Benders

The motivation behind the revelation: the Nov. 4 passage of a same-sex marriage ban in California that has taken the nation by storm.
Sykes said the ban (also known as California's Proposition 8) made her feel like she was "attacked."
"Now, I gotta get in their face," she said. "I'm proud to be a woman. I'm proud to be a black woman, and I'm proud to be gay."According to the Associated Press, Sykes' appearance at the Las Vegas rally surprised organizers.
One person who was not so surprised, but was, indeed, elated was Terrance Dean, author of the best-selling memoir, 'Hiding In Hip Hop,' who said he is proud to see a black celebrity come out of the closet.
"How brave and courageous for a black celebrity to finally come out," Dean said. "What so many in Hollywood are afraid to do, especially blacks, Wanda Sykes has taken a step forward. This is a milestone of firsts in our community of black celebrities who will be coming out."
The popular motivational speaker and gay rights activist's provocative and explosive memoir discussed the down low life of many celebrities, rappers, and actors who live secret double lives.
Dean may have been prophetic, too.
"I have been saying that within the year a major celebrity will be coming out. In my book, Hiding In Hip Hop, I have discussed many celebrities who live secret lives and how we in the entertainment industry know, but the public is unsuspecting. Wanda has taken a giant step and trust me, others will be following."

I cannot beleive the people who have left comments saying things like "Gays don't understand, if everyone was gay there would be no United States since they can't have kids" Are you friggin kidding me? I can assure all of you that think that there is any danger of an entire country being born gay you are even dumber than the people who literally believe everything the bible says. For blacks that are upset that gay rights are being compared to civil rights: it is perfectly acceptable to compare the two since the bible also prohibits interacial marriage and promotes slavery. Do these people even read the Bible, or are they just spreading the hate since people(religous, especially) seem to always have to have someone to bully. I can't understand how anyone with any brains at all would believe their Religon is the one that is true when there are so many different ones in the world! It is fine to believe in a higher power if that helps you get through life and helps wrap your mind around the wonders of the world, but to literally believe in religon and everything the Bible says word for word, tells me that you are a blind follower who hasn't even read it.

Hello, Day of love and friendship is much talk of love and it is a very special day for all who have ever lived intensely, browsing the internet looking for reviews on the subject I found an information that speaks little on the subject of aphrodisiacs, which has always seemed to me very curious to be so wide variety of opportunities, it caught my attention this information and why you want to share it with you because it seems if I share cash now I hope you find it useful, I decided to try then I tell them greetings!
Love Aphrodisiac
Have you heard of sea food? Well, maybe it is a great thing that you take your partner to have some sea food, it is a known fact that oysters give that like extra when it comes to a little arousal just before the big thing, and it is also a bit known that these same oysters have a great effect on man’s performance, so you know that with these kind of foods nothing could ever go wrong in bed.
There aren’t only kinds of different food or animal horns what will make the Top Aphrodisiacs, in fact, there are also things or products that could be labeled as an Aphrodisiac Drug. An Aphrodisiac Drug is any drug that would enhance that kind of stimulation that will make a person randy, horny or aroused, however you want to call it, and there is such an Aphrodisiac Drug in generic Viagra, if you take this product it will most definitely work as an Aphrodisiac Drug, and you are going to feel aroused and prepared for sex, however, this Aphrodisiac Drug will perform incredibly on a guy, and not so much so on a woman, so a lot could happen or not in terms of taking an Aphrodisiac Drug, so try to make the best out of it, and use an Aphrodisiac Drug for both of you, to share is the best thing that you could ever do, so share the right and most pleasing way with the top Aphrodisiacs.

I think the same way.
Why should it matter who people love?..
Its none of anyone's business. People will live their lives either way.
No one should be dictated to hide thier sexual orientaion.
Leave people alone.
Who are they hurting?
Life is a struggle enough then to worry about who somebody else in trying to spend their life with.
If you dont like same sex marriage, then dont merry someone of the same sex. People are going to live their lives no matter what you want or feel that you need to see(that is traditional).
*JUST LET PEOPLE BE HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!
