"He is the best who ever did it. The singing and the dancing and the records-the whole package. But somewhere ... he just got lost. It's easy to do."

Smokey hit it on the head. Extravagant lifestyle and behavoir was MJ's downfall. I do however feel James Brown for my generation electrified my generation like no other. He too went through many trials and situations that brought him down but never stopped coming back for more. Many of today's hip hop entertainers need to pay homage to the Godfather of soul. He took it to a new level that paved the way for a Michael Jackson to be successful.

Micheal has never really dealt with a full deck. But this is true of the entire Jackson family. They are all "special people".

He had it all, but appeared to be lacking in self love and boundaries.

I'm a teacher, and one day I realized what one of the major things that happened to Michael that contributed to his problems- he stopped going to school in the 3rd grade. When they made it big, his dad pulled them out of school. So all of the things that we take for granted because we learned it in school: how to make friends, wait your turn in line, connecting with people your age, etc., Michael never learned. He was never around people his age growing up. And he blames "grown ups" for what happened to him...so he hangs around kids. Because he never got a chance to grow up and mature in a normal way. I wish him well. I wish that someone who he trusts and believes takes him by the hand, tells him the truth, and helps him get it together. Someone else pray that prayer with me in Jesus' name.

Be careful in judgeing another, for you stand in the doorway of judgement yourself.
Most of us do not know Brother Michael (Milik). We can only say what we see in his music, and o'course his music is a reflection of inner himself

Michael is an American hero. Without him and his music I can't imagine what it would be like. So sad he had to grow up so fast and miss out on normality. We love you Mike!
