"First of all, I already know, men would be able to marry however many women they want. School would not be optional. It would be mandatory. Because I do not like unintelligent people – it's a pet peeve. If you dumb, you not around me. Other than that, did I mention the men would be able to marry women? Ain't no limit on that."
-- Best-selling rapper Lil Wayne on what the world would be like if he ruled it. (GQ)

lol...I'm for the school/education. But I'm against polygamy. Lil Wayne--he's truly a character. He's alright though lol.

The key thing to understand here is that the first three steps are things that the courts would be doing anyway if PACER didn't exist. http://www.louisvuitton2.com/ Court documents were already public records before PACER came onto the scene. Anyone could (and still can) drive down to the courthouse,

Lil Wayne is an ugly, sexist, untalented jerk! Women should have many husbands that'a why there is more than one hole.

If Lil Wayne believes in polygamy, why doesn't he move to some country where it is legal? Polygamy is legal in many predominately Muslim African countries like Senegal. Islam allows a man to have 4 wives.

Becoming a multi millionare usually requires some type of intelligence. Being formally educated is not the only way to have true intelligence. In terms of creating a persona who has been more intelligent than Wayne as of late. Im down for the two wives

I do like Lil Wayne, but I also think he is an idiot. The things he says sometimes just make him look so dumb - despite the fact that he is a college graduate. Perfect example - "If you dumb, you not around me. . ."
