Idris Elba is making a return to the small screen.
The former star of HBO's Peabody Award winning drama series, 'The Wire,' has been cast to star in the hit NBC sitcom, 'The Office.'
According to 'Variety', Elba will play the new rival to Dunder Mifflin regional manager Michael Scott, played by Emmy Award winner Steve Carell. He'll reportedly play a no-nonsense hire at the corporate office who will throw Scott into turmoil.

manipulated the unemployment figures, and forced banks to give out
