"Rosie was so used to doing a show on her own that, as I said at the time to someone, it was like Diana Ross and the Supremes, and Rosie was Diana Ross. Rosie would have been just as happy doing the show with two people behind her, or no one behind her. But all of us are better together than we are, in general, separately."

I agree. I grew up with the music of the Supremes, and I loved the music, and I think Diana Ross has a great voice. Rosie, on the other hand, started out on her show as a seemingly-nice, funny person who was impressed by the "stars" she had on, and had a good show. She ended up being a spiteful, mean-spirited person that nobody wants to listen to anymore. Her new show will probably be a venue for her to complain about how misunderstood she was on the View, but she was only too well understood. That's why she's not there anymore. Nobody likes a whiner.

Barbara Wah-Wah needs to try and keep control over The View, and leave Diana Ross out of her beef with Rosie. I think that Diana Ross is one of the greatest entertainers of our generation, and sometimes it is easy to bash her. I really believe that Barbara is jealous of Diana Ross, and a real phony. She tries to pretend that she is a fair person.

I think Barbara thought she was going to be able to control Rosie like she does the other ladies but that didn't happen and it was a bitter pill for Barbara to swallow.

I agree. It's funny Barbara chose to look at it this way, since SHE is the diva that would be happy with four, or none, of her background squabblers.

Why doesn't Ms. Walters just retire and leave the inteviewing to someone who isn't so CONCEITED? She has been around way too long already. Give someone else a chance, you are not the only one who can do interviews, Babwa!

Please,
Ms. Walters only wants puppets on her show that agree with her views...if you notice they spend more time promoting all the work that Ms. Walter's does on the side then what is supposed to happen on the damn show.
I'm sick of hearing about her specials, the book and anything else that goes on in that world of hers.
We all know she lives a different life, and has no real clue what the real world and working people deal with each day. Her version of a hard day is not getting the hair appointment she wanted or that special guest on the date for a show. If we only had her troubles!
