'Dancing With The Stars' Crowns A New Champion
Despite being cleared of felony charges last year after his highly publicized airport scuffle with paparazzi in Los Angeles, Grammy Award-winning rapper and producer Kanye West, 31, has been charged with three criminal misdemeanors.
According to the Los Angeles Times, city prosecutors have given West a bit of a 'Heartbreak' by hitting him with one count of vandalism, one count of grand theft and one count of battery. West's road manager, Don "Don C." Crowley, 33, was charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of grand theft and two counts of battery.

The prosecutors' decision to press charges comes six months after the Los Angeles County district attorney's office declined to pursue felony charges.
West and Crowley were arrested on Sept. 11 at an American Airlines terminal after allegedly confronting a still photographer for taking unwanted pictures of them, which led both men to grab the camera and throw it to the ground, shattering it to pieces, according to authorities.
The two men are scheduled to be arraigned April 14 at the Los Angeles Airport Courthouse. If convicted on all counts, West could face up to two and a half years in jail, while Crowley could face five years.

forget locking him up for assaulting the papparazzi, if it were left up to me kanye would do time for assaulting the the airwaves with his EXTREMELY "limited" talent for being a hyper-egomaniac. Years ago John Lennon was shunned for saying that the beatles "were bigger than Jesus". well kanye west in his own mind would go a few steps further and say that Jesus wasn't the messiah, HE is... and yes he would say that he is and will be bigger than Jesus

Kanye is like a lot of other spoil rappers. They burst their a$$es to get where they are, at the top of the heap, when some get there they want the rules change for them. There are a few "such as him" that gets such a big head from all of this that they now think that they are on a different level from the rest and certain things does not apply to them. When you becomes famous, there is the good to this such as everybody ooh and aahing over you, always never having to wait in lines and though you are rich, receiving free designer's gifts. Now here's the bad, not having any private moments in public, news hounds all over your back and can't go any where without protection. But i'm quite sure people told him this 'THAT'S THE PRICE OF FAME. Either accept it or lump it

Kanye's a friggin joke! He's as narcissistic as the day is long....He wants all of the media attention but only on his terms. Sorry palee! It doesn't work that way.As a celebrity, you give up a lot of your privacy especially when you're in public. Guess what douche? Try taking my camera away and I'll take your bitch butt to school.
