With Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's first wedding anniversary coming up on April 30, the couple may be celebrating on a relatively high C-note. To be exact, $125 million.

According to WENN, Mimi (as she is known) and Cannon have their eyes set on purchasing the world's most expensive mansion, Saperstein Estate, located next to the Playboy mansion in Beverly Hills. The five-acre estate, which was built by Texan billionaire David Saperstein, includes 15 bedrooms, a spa and a pool with a pavilion, a championship tennis court, staff quarters for 10, a nine-car garage and a private jogging track.

Sounds like the couple would have more than enough space to 'Stay In Love.'

The recent report follows various rumors that Cannon and Carey have been looking to move to Los Angeles to further pursue their careers.

"They want to move to Los Angeles permanently," a source said. "She wants to act more, and she has to be on the West Coast to do that. And, well, he's got his career to think about."

Meanwhile, don't expect Carey's business-savvy husband to go broke with the potential purchase. Recently, reports surfaced online stating the 'Drumline' actor's finances were suffering due to a $500,000 lawsuit for Carey's unpaid wedding band. The actor-producer disputed the claims via his blog.

"Where do these people get this stuff," he wrote. "First off, I wish my wife's ring did only cost $500,000, that would have been a deal!" he wrote. "I don't like to disclose or brag about those things because it's not really anyone's business, but it was quite public what I paid. Mostly because when my wife and I first got married, people were lying and saying the ring was used or that I re-gifted it!"

"So after we cleared that up, almost a year later, they come with some more ring drama," he continued. "Well, since my anniversary is coming up, I think I might just have to buy a whole new joint for my beautiful wife, just to stunt!"

One thing's for sure, Cannon would definitely blow the bank on his wife because, "she deserves to be showered with extraordinary gifts, and as long as I live, I will spend all my money on her and never touch a dime of hers."
