With Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's first wedding anniversary coming up on April 30, the couple may be celebrating on a relatively high C-note. To be exact, $125 million.
According to WENN, Mimi (as she is known) and Cannon have their eyes set on purchasing the world's most expensive mansion, Saperstein Estate, located next to the Playboy mansion in Beverly Hills. The five-acre estate, which was built by Texan billionaire David Saperstein, includes 15 bedrooms, a spa and a pool with a pavilion, a championship tennis court, staff quarters for 10, a nine-car garage and a private jogging track.
Sounds like the couple would have more than enough space to 'Stay In Love.'

The recent report follows various rumors that Cannon and Carey have been looking to move to Los Angeles to further pursue their careers.
"They want to move to Los Angeles permanently," a source said. "She wants to act more, and she has to be on the West Coast to do that. And, well, he's got his career to think about."
Meanwhile, don't expect Carey's business-savvy husband to go broke with the potential purchase. Recently, reports surfaced online stating the 'Drumline' actor's finances were suffering due to a $500,000 lawsuit for Carey's unpaid wedding band. The actor-producer disputed the claims via his blog.
"Where do these people get this stuff," he wrote. "First off, I wish my wife's ring did only cost $500,000, that would have been a deal!" he wrote. "I don't like to disclose or brag about those things because it's not really anyone's business, but it was quite public what I paid. Mostly because when my wife and I first got married, people were lying and saying the ring was used or that I re-gifted it!"
"So after we cleared that up, almost a year later, they come with some more ring drama," he continued. "Well, since my anniversary is coming up, I think I might just have to buy a whole new joint for my beautiful wife, just to stunt!"
One thing's for sure, Cannon would definitely blow the bank on his wife because, "she deserves to be showered with extraordinary gifts, and as long as I live, I will spend all my money on her and never touch a dime of hers."

For the question at the end of the article, there are 5 choices, but there should really be a sixth choice, which should read:
Until He spends all of "HER" money!!
I can't figure what she sees in this LOSER!! Hopefully she will come to her senses soon and will ditch this bum and get a real man....Like

do u know nick personally? if so, then maybe u have some inside information on their relationship. if not, then what is the basis of your comment that he is a loser. and if u are such a "good catch" or real man, then how come ur not snagged????????????? funny how when broke people get together its for love but when rich people get together its about the money. i am sure that she has more assests than him but maybe its about how they are together...not what he has or she has. and finally, please explain to me what makes you a real man? what is YOUR difinition of yourself? and i want the truth :-D

He's the looser? Please, anytime you have that much talent and have to walk around with your chest exposed all the dayum time, is a TOTAL LOSER.
He is the epitome of low self esteem, she dayum near had a nervous break down when Derek Jeter dumped her.... I guess he realized quickly that there are two types of women in this world... the kind you married...and the kind you don't, and well... you see he left.
Nick is just young and dumb, he sees boobies (as does the rest of the world) and it's like a shiny new toy.
She leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination, and he will realize that soon enough. That's why she jumped on him so early, so he wouldn't have time to see that she really is not as she appears to be.
Same as Usher's wife....

Well Faye, there are a number of points that I need to respond to in your post. First, I based my comment on how Nick Cannon strikes me, which is probably not fair, but often times it winds up being "The Truth." I could not agree with you more in that love should not be about money, but hit me back on that when they get to divorce court, and we will see how that plays out at that time. Again, I hope that I'm wrong on this, but time will tell us what is "The Truth" on this subject!! I'm not snagged yet because that is my choice, but "The Truth" be told, I was really holding out for Mariah, because she really deserves a guy...like me!! And to answer the final question that you pose in your post, what makes me a real man is that I am not afraid to speak "The Truth!!" That is my definition of myself. You wanted The Truth and now you have.............
"The Truth B4U"

man I aint trying to sound negative and don't get me wrong, Nick my boy and Mariah my girl, but I don't see them being together very long for some odd reason, and I'm thinking it might be on Mariah's part for the fact she'll probably get tired of a younger dude like Nick and go for the older more mature, up in age kinda dude, not saying Nick isn't mature, but o well, I hope they do "Stay In Love" forever and prove me and others wrongs who's thinking the same way I am.
