The man accused of stalking Tyra Banks was found guilty at a criminal court in New York City today.

The Associated Press reports that Brady Green was convicted of stalking the former supermodel-turned-TV host. The 39-year-old Dublin, Georgia native was also convicted of harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment.

The 'America's Next Top Model' diva testified that she feared for her and her clan's safety, after Green repeatedly called Banks' studio, showed up there, and sent her flowers and letters.

Green allegedly told police he and Banks "had a thing together" when he was arrested March 18, 2008, at a McDonald's restaurant across the street from where she tapes her Emmy Award winning syndicated talk show. He testified that her shows on racism and homelessness had motivated him and he wanted to contact her.

He said his attempts to get tickets for her show had been misunderstood. Green also said he never threatened Banks, never intended to scare her and never tried to date her.

Judge James Burke heard the case without a jury,

Green faces 90 days in jail when he is sentenced on June 18. His lawyer reportedly said an appeal is planned.
