The man accused of stalking Tyra Banks was found guilty at a criminal court in New York City today.
The Associated Press reports that Brady Green was convicted of stalking the former supermodel-turned-TV host. The 39-year-old Dublin, Georgia native was also convicted of harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment.
The 'America's Next Top Model' diva testified that she feared for her and her clan's safety, after Green repeatedly called Banks' studio, showed up there, and sent her flowers and letters.
Green allegedly told police he and Banks "had a thing together" when he was arrested March 18, 2008, at a McDonald's restaurant across the street from where she tapes her Emmy Award winning syndicated talk show. He testified that her shows on racism and homelessness had motivated him and he wanted to contact her.
He said his attempts to get tickets for her show had been misunderstood. Green also said he never threatened Banks, never intended to scare her and never tried to date her.
Judge James Burke heard the case without a jury,
Green faces 90 days in jail when he is sentenced on June 18. His lawyer reportedly said an appeal is planned.

This is hard to say? By looking at the photo above of this nice dressed man he doesn't look like the type to do such a thing? But then again, stalkers comes in all shapes and sizes? If this man was inspired by one of her shows on racism and homelessness, motivated him, wanted to contact her, maybe he should have went about it the RIGHT WAY in contacting her? I don't know? But don't fans send flowers, gifts, ect.. to their favorite idols that are famous anyway? Who knows, maybe Tyra was over exaggerating and was paranoid? Maybe this explains why she isn't married, don't have a boyfriend, and is single? That's my opinion.

Looks definately can be deceiving. He does look nice though. If Tyra and her people told this man to beat it, then that's exactly what he should've done.

Those who stalk have psychological problems. And it creates problems for those who are being stalked. Jail time isn't the answer but a lot of psycological counciling is. On the other hand, this IS about Tyra Banks. It doesn't excuse the fact that she was stalked, but I do notice that she has to make sure everything is "about her" no matter what she is involved in. It's time Tyra also takes a deep look within herself, how shes presenting and how others are presenting for her - and that helps keep the 'stalkers' (or those who want a phony business deal that are seen as stalkers) away from her as well.

he should have apologized and beat it the first time. But he didn't. Guilty as charged, period.

Tell that to those that have been stalked and injured, or worse yet, murdered by their stalker!
Stalkers have the potential to be very dangerous people.

Look in whose eyes? Hers or his. Tyra has always looked like something was not right, to me and the way she conducts herself on both her shows, when I do watch, is very self-centered.

Mandi, if it is something that she is involved in, then it IS about her. Quit hating. She has it going on, and like any other star, she has a right to be protected. She holds her own. And as far as how he looks, and is dressed, all criminals wear suits to court....lol
