Nick had every right to respond to Eminem's disrespectful comment about his beautiful wife Miriah. He is an IGNORANT RACIST AZZ and needs his AZZ KICKED! He can't ryme worth ISH! Being the mature person Nick is he is not going to stoop to his level. Eminem better watch what he says about people. Who the HELL does he think he is? I never did like the guy he has no respect for himself or others. Eminem's life is so sorry and has no HAPPINESS & LOVE in his life so this is his way when he goes after people by disrespecting and calling them names.
HE IS A DAMN COWARD. His blessings will or already blocked! What people do or say to others comes back DOUBLE!

A celebrity of Eminem's stature should never stoop to such lows that will follow him for years. Eminem is a professional. Whatever he thinks about the beautiful Mariah Carey he should hold his tongue on vituperative blather. It is tasteless and spiteful and quite unnecessary. After all he has a daughter, as I recall. Finally, Eminem should publicly apologize to the Cannon
family including Nick. If he doesn't he should be boycotted immediately. Theater is one thing but stinging diatribes against an unknowing target is unmanly and smells of thoughtlessness and pure and unadulterated ignorance. Shame on you Mr. Marshall! Signed, a proud Black American named Harry.

Eminem has no right to say anything about Mariah, he needs his ass kicked. He needs to respect Nick Cannon and Mariah's marriage. Eminem had his moment in the limelight, now he is just plain annoying, he better watch his back, he is too small trying to be talking all that sh*t, Dr. Dre can't save him from this, he needs to apologize and grow up.

I think there are two answers. The narrow answer is that this misunderstands where the costs of PACER come from. There are four distinct steps in the process of publishing a judicial record. http://www.louisvuitton2.com/ First, someone has to create the document. This is done by a judge in some cases and by private litigants in others. Second, someone has to convert the document to electronic format. This is a small and falling cost, because both judges and litigants increasingly produce documents using word processors, so they're digital from their inception.
