"Maybe I'm going too far, but I thought we got past the days where white men could spew vulgar obscenities at our beautiful queens and get away with it ... Are we going to let this trash say something horrible about our lovely first lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama? Or would Marshall have talked sideways out of his neck like this about Oprah Winfrey? This act of racist bigotry cannot go unnoticed. Calling my wife a 'c---' and a 'whore' is way worse than anything Don Imus could have ever said."
-- Actor/Rapper Nick Cannon on Eminem's recent remarks about his wife Mariah Carey. (Nick Cannon's Blog)

All of you are racist to asume that eminem is being racist (in this case). Its not like he droped the "N" bomb (atleast not this time).Eminem was romanticly involved with Mariah several years ago and they have known eachother since high school. It's not a random attack like Nick implies and I seriously dought Eminem has had his member inside the first lady or Oprah, so I have no idea where that came from. The comments that Nick is refering to are from Eminem's new album Rehab and more specificly track 5 Bagpipes From Baghdad. Its's a silly song not ment to be took serious where Eminem pokes at him and Mariahs relationship jokingly saying things like they should get back together and she should leave Nick. He says(among other things on the song),"I want another crack at cha you can beat me with any spatula that you want I mean I really want you bad ya cunt Nick you had your fun I'll come to kick you in your sack of junk." Honestly Nick Cannon is a punk and showing his age.

Mariah isn't black. She's of mixed race and only 1/4 black. In any event, someone can say something offensive to or about someone else without it having anything to do with race, as was the case with M&M. In fact, calling M&M a little punk is insulting, but it's not racial or racist either.

i think everyone needs to take a step back and breathe! this isn't the first time em said something about someone, and it ain't the first time he spoke on mariah! if they had a relationship and she's saying they didn't... so what! if her husband has a probelm with it he should speak to em not have a interview or blog about it! call that man, go see that man, but don't print a reply on the computer. that means your looking for some attention!
