Fresh off of her Grammy Award win, British hip hop soul artist Estelle basked in the glow of the island sun at the 2009 St. Lucia Jazz Festival.

The 'American Boy' songstress serenaded an eager audience on Saturday afternoon, which brought a much desired weather pattern than the evening before (where fellow Amy Winehouse abruptly ended her show -- citing the rainstorms as the cause).

Clad in a form-fitting black and white strapless cocktail dress, the John Legend protégé ran through a battery of songs from her critically acclaimed Atlantic Records debut opus, 'Shine,' including 'Substitute Lover,' 'Pretty Please' and 'Wait a Minute.'
About her infectious Kanye West duet, the sassy songstress said she was sick of singing it, even beckoning the audience to pitch in.

Though she alleged that she was having back problems (via her Twitter page) and shunned international media (who all came out to support her), Estelle put on a show that was truly one of the highlights of this year's festival.
