"We're saying that if by some chance ... you hear that Mo'Nique slept with another man, it won't be a need for a press conference, because I'm going to say, 'Why are y'all tripping off that?' ... That's not a deal breaker for myself. ... We are logical enough to understand that things like this do happen."
-- Mo'Nique's husband and manager, Sidney Hicks, on her revelation about their open marriage. (Jet)

I don't understand why so many of you are upset about what goes on in someone else's bedroom.I'm not interested in the sexual habits of anyone I'm not planning to have sex with. There are so many important things in life to be concerned about which could certainly use the time and energy that is spent trying to control what goes on in a stranger's bedroom. As an earlier poster said, get a life.

It's the understanding of both in the marriage...So Mo' is in all that as well..in fact I wouldn't be surprized if the ideal came from Mo' primarily.. who doesn't want to appear as a woman who has failed at more than one marriage..

I finally understand. Look at him, he's Gay. Her marriage is for convenience and he's there for the paycheck. The truth of the matter is he might not really be the twins daddy but went along with the story for the ride. They have been friends for a long time so the love is there but not as a man and woman.
