My condolences again to Michael's Family and friends. May God bless and help give them all strength to move on! This is wonderful way to celebrate and honoring him. I hope that this event will be televised so that we all can be a part? Not everybody can go there? I heard Usher on CNN yesterday saying that he wants to do a tribute to Michael. Michael will always be remembered and not forgotten. He had touched, helped, and inspired a lot of people all around May his legacy live on FOREVER! He opened a lot of doors for black people and everyone! He broke barriers by being air played on MTV and changing it's network format. There will never be another Michael. If it wasn't for him there wouldn't be none. Enuf said!

I saw the Jackson 5 at the Apollo Theater. The other group on that bill was The Five StairSteps(and Cubie or something close). I really was excited to see Michael but the StairSteps out performed the Jacksons the night I saw them. Most young people never heard of the Stairsteps. Also, there were times back in the day when the Osmond family out performed the Jacksons. Groups and Bands can't be up and on every night. Sometimes the mainliner gets upstaged by other acts on the ticket. It happens. As I stated, I went to the show to see the Jackson Five and got blown away by the talent of the Five StairSteps(and Cubie or something close). Michael was 9 or 10 years old and I was in my teens. After the concert, my Dad took me on a Latin American cruise down the Hudson(waterway in NY). People were lined up on the ship to get onboard and "Bam",the guard guarding the entrance got shot and the people boarded the ship and the ship continued like nothing happened. I was in shock. I should not have been there. Grown up stuff was happening on the ship. I will never forget that night. To see Micahel on stage as a kid and to know he is dead at 50 years old is kinda strange. He had it all,he achieved a lot,he caused a lot of drama and now he is going to get torn apart by people. Now, if people start talking about prescription drug abuse, I WILL HAVE TO RE-THINK THE CHILD ABUSE ISSUES. People behave differently under the influence of drugs. Now his big time friends are saying he was stoned ALL THE TIME. It just makes me wonder if some of the allegations were true. Maybe Michael was stoned when he was getting all those face replacements and skin color changes. Yeah, I followed him and his music just like everybody else. A lot of the songs were great. But now that he has passed on, all the little secrets will be exposed and that is the real shame. What is done in the dark will always be shown in the light. Say hello to Biggie Smalls(great rap piece on one of Jacksons songs).

How nice! I know you will never forget that special moment in your life. Too bad, there wasn't camera phones like that back then so that you could have video of him? You were lucky to get that opportunity to see him. Michael will be missed but not ever forgotten!!!!!

Michael,
Why did you have to go so soon? I still cry today, and I cannot get past the fact that you are no longer here. Although I never got to meet you in person, watching you through the television and hearing you through the radio, I felt as though you were talking to me. You may not physically be here, but you are in my heart and here in spirit. I LOVE YOU MICHAEL! May God Bless the Jackson family and especially his three beautiful children. Rest in Peacem, Miss you :*( XOXOX
