The musical legacy of Michael Jackson is, without question, sublime. From his early days with the Jackson 5 to his last released recordings teaming him with the likes of Akon and Kanye West to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the best-selling 'Thriller' album. Over the years, his music has influenced and inspired countless artists. But only a few have dared to cover his music (before his death).
Britain's very own Charlotte Church and Amy Winehouse took a crack at the rock-infused megahit 'Beat It' a few years ago.

This just shows that nobody can replace or compete with Jackson, they all go FLAT in comparison. You can compete with the greats. Better to move on and do your own thing. He had an energy... something unique and irreplaceable.
