What in holy Shalamar hell is going on?
As Michael Jackson's unexpected demise starts to really sink in for some of us, there's "death talk' of another black music trailblazer.
Don Cornelius, in an effort to condemn the concept of marriage, has gone totally morbid on us.
TMZ is reporting that the 'Soul Train' czar was so eager to get a divorce from his ex-wife Viktoria, that he actually put the following lines in divorce papers he submitted to L.A. County Superior Court:"I am 72 years old. I have significant health issues. I want to finalize this divorce before I die."
Deepness.
While the divorce reportedly was granted a few weeks ago, there seems to be more to the story.
Cornelius' rep was not reachable by deadline.

All women are influenced by equality. White, Black, Yellow. It doesn't matter. I'm white, I've dated black women who have been fantastic. Race is not the issue here..... Until we send all those gold digging lawyers on a space ship heading towards the SUN. Nothing is going to get better.

Don C. was arrested and charged with a felony in 2008 for assault on his wife. From their photo together it looked like a marriage made in hell for nothing but sex and money. They deserved each other, both low-lifes.

Brother Don was a bad man no doubt about it. But, he has proven to be just as brainwashed as any other Black man who opts for a White woman. At 70 years of age Don and I came from the same time period because he was 75. So I'm well aware of his mind set. But, all these years I had no idea that he was married to a White woman! Now, an individual has the right to marry whomever they choose, understood. But, one has a responsibility and obligation to be conscious of their history. The White man has NEVER had to be concerned about this Black man wanting a White woman. Never have and never will, especially at my age, have a White
woman! It is the ultimate "insult" to our People, not just our women. Because there are many more Black women with White men than Black men with White women! And, my history tells me that White women, were just as, if not more so, Cruel and Brutal to Blacks as white men, and especially to Black women! In fact, White women got more Black men Hung than white men did! White women were so envious and jealous of Black women being with White men they would Cruelly punish them by burning their eyes out with hot coals and other fiendish behavior! There is so much more that I can say but there is not the time or space to say it here. Let me close for now with this. Blacks and Whites have been dating and mating for many thousands of years despite much legal and social opposition and will no doubt continue to do so for as long as mankind exists. Which may not be very much longer if Whites continue thier destruction of mother earth. That's why they are trying to create a refuge in space somewhere. Chaka had a White woman in his harem just to prove to European men that he could. But, we will NEVER be a FREE people until we understand the crucial importance of developing what Dr. King called, "A Dangerous Kind of Togetherness!" Which to me means you can not be so stupid as to believe that a White Spouse, will ever, help Black people attain FREEDOM!
It Is Easier To Believe Than It Is To Think!
A People Will Never Look Forward To Posterity Who Never Look Backward To Their Ancestors!
A People Can't Know What They Want Or Where They Want To Go If They Don't Know Who They Are And Where They Came from!
