"If I have a problem with Chris Brown, I got a problem with Chris Brown. I don't agree with what he did and that's that. ... We're all flawed human beings. All a person can do is apologize. That's it, what can we say? You know everyone should be allowed to make mistakes. It happens."
-- Hip-hop kingpin Jay-Z regarding Chris Brown's videotaped apology about assaulting Rihanna. (BBC Radio 1).

I agree with Regina(above) I mean he apologised for doing what he did let it go he wants to entertain again. Act asif the shit didn't happen. Its millionas of celeb relationships dat go wrong and since its Chris Brown media wants to jump down his throat pleease. JayZ is an ok rapper and made a name for himself. He's also up in age and Chris Brown is doing the same. We're on the outside looking in tru, but often girls push guys to the limit between a rock and a hard place & have to lash out. I still til this day believe CB was "pushed" by taunting, and sarcasm and he snapped. Its two sides to each story and lil'Ri-Ri ain all innocent.

"to err is humane to repent is devine" we all live in an imperfect world so will never find perfetion,so ms brown as you have so adequately penned it lets put a period on it and move on ,and may he learn from his mistake, and although there is no excuse for what he did that girl Rhianna needs to grow up and realize that when she gets involve in the next relationship it is just that not jail the other person is his own person she needs to control her petty jealousies and insecurities

Easy for you to judge! Remember we all make mistakes and at some point will find ourselves in a situation that we may not be able to think clearly at the time. You should never put yourself above error in life. We all never know what each day and situation will bring and how we will react to that situation. Some things are not planned. And intelligence does not always has anthing to do with our reactions. We all are capable of temporary insanity.

I truly believe that no man or woman for that matter should put there hands on another person. But at the same time I only agree with Jay Z in that we are all human. I do however find it crazy how he can push the whole Chris Brown situation, when he has placed his hands on another female in the past (I believe it was on hos Hard Knock LIfe Tour video, check it out). He has been forgiven, or was it his name that made people forget what he has done. Either way, how about everyone just keep their hands to themselves.

Chris has paid for his crime. The judge has sentenced him. It's done. He and Rihanna were BOTH probably immature as they are so young. I saw a video recently of Jay pushing a woman around in a dressing area. Everyone loses their temper sometime. Why is Jay so worked up about it? If it is just a friendship/mentor thing with him and RiRi, then he should just ADVIZE her. He is not her father and mother. I am only a SHADOW of what I was when I was 19/20. Now that Im grown, I can hardly imagine the things I did when I was a teenager....that is what people forget....Chris was only a teen. I would hate to see what all JAY did when he was a teen...surely he doesn't want to be reminded and persecuted forever. If RiRi moved on Jay, then u should too. Worry about yourself and Beyonce'.

Yeah, me too. When I look at the things that I did when I was a teenager, same age he was when that incident happened, I did a lot of dumb stuff. Plus, I saw CB around that time. He IS a kid. My opinion on that relationship is that it was too serious too soon because he was so young. Girls mature faster than guys. Plus, his male influence beat the crap out of his mom...with all that said, it would be nice to see Jay-Z be a bit mature about the situation, HIM SAYING HE HAS A PROBLEM WITH A 19-20 YEAR-OLD KID IS LIKE ME SAYING I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A 10 YEAR OLD! JAY-Z, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
