Being a stripper may have been part of Nene Leakes' history, but 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak is clear she has never been a part of that lifestyle.
"I'm honest about the fact that I'm dating a married man, [If I'd been] a stripper, why wouldn't I tell you?" the aspiring singer charged to Life & Style magazine.
That doesn't mean she hasn't worked at a strip club, though. Zolciak admits having "served as a waitress" at Cheetah, a downtown Atlanta strip club.
The mother of two has always said that her mystery boyfriend "Big Poppa" (rumored to be Atlanta-based real estate mogul Lee Najjar) has afforded her a lifestyle in which she does not have to work.
Zolciak tells the tabloid that the father of her two daughters, Brielle, 12 and Ariana, 7, has given her "no child support and no alimony."
Before her role in the hit Bravo reality television series, the blonde bombshell said she was actually working as a nurse.
In last week's episode of 'Housewives,' she discussed reconciling with Big Poppa, who is said to make an appearance later this season.
Now, Zolciak is focused on a new wig line and a budding singing career, thanks to co-star Kandi Burruss' assistance in reworking her song 'Tardy for the Party.' The single has reached the top 10 dance charts on iTunes, and Bravo just released a video montage set to the track on its Web site.The second season of the Bravo network reality series 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' is a hit. I watch the show. I don't think being a stripper could be any worse than the exposure these women get on the show. The show just pays more. If you strip for grown folks, pay taxes, take care of your children and are not hurting anyone, then do you. It's not for me to judge.

I don't agree that stripping isreally a bad thing.It is just entertainment. But being a full blown protitute is another story. You do what have to do as long as you not hurting anyone including yourself. Prostitution hurts everyone in the passing and perpetuating of sexual diseases.

I'm not sure if Kim was a stripper or not, I don't think it really matters...but what I find funny about Kim is she want's to be a jack of many trades but she never seems to finish what she starts. First she wanted to be a singer then she wanted to start a wig line without learning anything about the business. I really hope that her big poppa stays around because if not she's not going to be able to maintain her "so called" life style. I'm not a hater at all but I think she is dreaming if she thinks he is going to give her a ring,divorce his wife and marry her. Please!!!! ain't gonna happen not to mention she has already settled for what she can get so why look for a commitment now???

If Kim was a stripper it would be a profession that she must be great at, BIG POPPA, gives her the world, a $32,000 necklace, a surprise trip to the islands. Kim seems to have a lot a free time, seeing that she is friendly with Mr. Lindsay Lohan's Daddy, as NeNe called him. How many BIG POPPA'S DOES KIM HAVE??? Kim feels she's independent, I would like for Kim to take a class, pick up a dictionary or something, because she says she and independent woman. Does independent mean "it's in Big Poppa's pocket. Sorry, she seems dumb as a brick and I would like to know what nursing school she got her nursing degree from. I understand that she is still in her 20's, seems to me as though she knows nothing, I have to change the channel and hope another segment of the show is on. Kim learn a good wine, if you spend that kind of money on a necklace, clothes and other material things as much as you party and are in the lime light you must have more class and be more sophisticated. Please also know that you as a white woman have always had wigs, extension and falls as they were called back in the day. I am really curious to know,you couldn't sit through a class on wigs, something you really want to do, how did you make it through nursing school or did BIG POPPA buy that for you??? Thanks Big Poppa

I couldn't agree with you more! Maybe she was a home healthcare worker/nursing aide and not a nurse, there is a difference. She's totally clueless and I can't imagine her putting the time and effort into studying and pursuing a nursing degree. She definitely acts dumb as bricks, as you put it, lol.

I hope Kim has a good explanation for not showing up @ Kandi's show. If she or her kids weren't really sick or if she didn't have a fender bender, then there is no excuse. I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, if there is no footage of her whereabouts, Kandi shouldn't believer anything that she says.

Sheree was human and thoughtful on last nights episode.
Lisa is caught in the middle between Nene & Kim, however, Lisa is still two-faced.
Last but not least, Nene did not get a lot of face time last night. She may fool around and not be on the show much if she doesn't stop blowing up and stop trying to humiliate everyone. I realized that when Nene spazzed out on last weeks show w/Kim & Kandi, a female said to her "You have your book coming out." She was basically trying to placate her because Nene or Kandi could have caught a charge because of Nene's attitude. That scene reminded me of when a parent placates a child that wants another childs candy, by pointing out to the pouty/greedy child that they have candy too.

How old was Kim when she had her first child? Has she ever been married? Who fathered her children? Why is Kim getting a pass on dating a married man? Kim is nothing more than a hired whore and more importantly, silly for spending all of that money on silly things instead of saving the money for the fast approaching period of her life when botox will no longer hide her wrinkles and the smoking catches up with her.
