In what appeared to be not much of a surprise to some, actress-singer Christina Milian and music producer The Dream have officially confirmed that they're expecting a child within the coming months.
The happily married newlyweds; who tied the knot last month in Las Vegas, broke the news over the weekend to People magazine and are "really excited."
"My husband and I are expecting," the 'Dip IT Low' singer said. "We're about four and a half months along, about 19 weeks."
Despite the public taking notice to an obvious change in Milian's physical appearance along with the couple's spontaneous wedding, the songstress/actress revealed that everything was planned.
"Honestly, it was kind of planned," she said. "We were engaged for many months."
In between baby shopping, Milian is also busy wrapping up her forthcoming album 'Elope' which is tentatively set for an early 2010 release.
The Dream (real name: Terius Youngdell Nash) is reportedly the Executive Vice President of Island Def Jam Records.

WOW? I wonder why Nivea his ex broke up? Congrats to their son/dauhter to be. Hopefully, Christina will dress more apporporiately after the baby is born. I didn't like her posing on front covers with Dream showing just too much of skin.

I hate to be a hater, but it's not so much of hate. I just feel that this chick has reached the end of her rope with her singing career. So,she has settled with being a professional house wife and mother. She don't want him. And it's sad how these chicks in the industry feel about marriage and having children.

His ex-wife Nivea is expecting a baby from Lil Wayne in about a month. She already has twins and a little girl from The Dream. I wish all of them the best!
