In addition to battling health issues over the years, Toni Braxton has also been plagued with financial woes. Earlier this month, the Grammy Award winner was slapped with a counter suit by insurance firm Lloyd's of London after she sued the company for refusing to pay her when she canceled a show in 2006 due to heart problems. Is anyone surprised that an artist can generate millions for a record company and end up with absolutely nothing? There are alot of artist that we know are tired of touring, but they can't because they made nothing in the early years due to bad record deals.
I am surprised people still aspire to become recording artists.

This is what happen when you have a piss poor accountant, and you don't only sign the checks. While she is a beautiful artist, it would had been to her advantage to have a clear knowledge of her finances. Too many stars trust the accountants and they should not. A fool and their money would soon be parted.

Good question? I hope he is still in the R&B Group Mint Condition and helping the way he should. Isn't it his house too? Celebs go through hard times just like regular people. I pray that everything works out for her family. I wonder if she is still doing Vegas Shows are has work slowed down? I pray that Braxton changes record labels and start off fresh.
